I try contact with company by email and also on website unfortunately I can't send photos and my complaint. My parcel was completely destroyed. Box was open and left on my doorstep.

My order arrived as promised and updates were given accurately for arrival. The lamps were exactly as described

Lovely light for my son’s room. Definitely brighter than expected so not a night light! But really really nice. He’s very happy about it too!
Came with excessive packing though. Just need to figure out how to turn it into a uk plug.

Bought multiple lamps, but unfortunately, the three lights with blue glass don’t actually have blue-tinted glass. It’s just a blue foil/coating on the surface, which already got scratched during installation. Quite disappointing, as I thought the glass itself was actually blue.

I ordered a Smart Table Lamp Brass Adjustable Incl. Wifi GU10 - Jav. It was delivered promptly, but that's the only good thing I can say about the quality of their product and their service. Here is an incomplete list of the issues I encountered (I only covered the major ones):

1) Before delivery, I received an e-mail with assembly instructions - these instructions were not for the product I ordered (if I were in charge of such a big company and cared about my customers, I would have made a short video with an instruction for every product they sell that requires assembly)

2) The cord was very twisted and it couldn't be easily untwisted - that made the assembly nearly impossible as the washer and the nut were jumping out when I tried to screw them in. I managed to untwist it but this should have been checked by them at the quality control stage

3) The box inside was marked that the Ireland/UK plug was fitted - that was not done and it had the European plug instead

4) A Europe-to-UK adapter was attached but the company is seemingly not aware that there is more than one kind of European plug and the adapter they included doesn't fit the plug the lamp has (which is Type C). Nobody in the company bothered to test it (which makes me think they are probably unaware of it)

5) The light flickers sometimes. There is an app they refer to in their written instruction (I could write a better instruction on my lunch break than the one they have, which mainly touches on safety precautions) that might or might not address this problem but my time is too precious to be setting up and authenticating an account I don't need, for a product that should work without the app/setting up the account/authenticating it (or at least they should have attached a remote control)

On their website, they say:

"Please get in touch with us via our contact form as soon as possible so that we are able to resolve any issues you have raised. " - but they don't attach any form or any link on that webpage, which should be right after that sentence (another sign of their lack of attention to detail).

On a positive note, I like the design of the lamp (Bauhaus-style).

Fantastic light. Love the look of it. Very easy to set up and I purchased my own Calex smart bulbs for it. Modern and classy looking. Very fast delivery. Highly recommend
