Bulk headlamps for the house by the sea...
It was very straightforward, I saw the lighting I wanted...and hoped that it would be of good quality, ordered the product and within 5 days it was delivered, and kept informed of delivery service.
I was pleased to see that product was of good quality, instructions easily understood and I knew that the outdoor bulk headlamps would work really well.
Have not put them in place as yet as I'm waiting for the outside to be painted, but will look forward to them being operational.

Lamp arrived in good time. I am however dismayed by the instructions and the fact that it is recommended to have a certified electrician carry out this work. It is a LAMP!

Poor customer service then completely ignoring my further complaint

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the handling of a faulty QZAQA fan light that I purchased approximately 11 months ago.
After experiencing a fault with the product, I contacted your customer service team and was advised that a refund would be issued rather than a replacement. While I appreciate that the refund was processed, I am unhappy that I have now been instructed to reorder the same item online.
Since my original purchase, the price of the QZAQA fan light has increased. As a result, I am now expected to pay more for a replacement of a product that became faulty within its expected lifespan. I do not believe it is reasonable that I should be financially disadvantaged because of the items defect.I bought another one with one of your competitors after you told me you did not sell them any more,yet you have them on line,absolutely terrible treatment.Wont be back.!!!!!!!!

4 put of the 12 light faulty
4 put of the 12 light fittings cannot be used as the ring for fitting and removing the bulb does not turn. The key provided with each light fitting to release the inner ring fitting is unable to turn the ring to open it.
Really disappointed with the failure rate.
