The package came days after the air freight upgrade I paid $8.99 for. But what was worse was the package was crushed and the globe was smashed. I wrote an email requesting a refund for the shipping. I have not received any response. This was to gave been a Christmas present.
Is pretty, but all plastic except for the moon shape.
Quite expensive for what it is.
Sadly the lunar lamp I ordered when delivered due to poor packaging the globe was dented on either side. Sent email for full refund or replacement now awaiting a response !
Absolutely awful customer service. Received my order but looked nothing like they were advertised! When I emailed for a refund no one replies! Do not order from this website.
I got my lamp it was totally smashed the box it came was pretty flat. And this was my Christmas gift to my wife. How embarrassing. The box was crushed. The light globe was smashed. I would never again Buy from Lampadise again. you do not have a great rate view any way. So, I'm giving my wife a box full broken ornament. So, What now. I give my wife a broken gift all smashes to Sh I got a photo on how flat the box was. Stop advertising your product. How would you feel if you spend money on Christmas Present And when it was delivered totally smashed? Looking like a piece of junk or trash. Just unreal. When I put batteries in it. It didn't work. So, it's a was sold as piece crap And I should just live with it???? I don't think so.
The product was delivered today to my aunt in Oregon. The box was crushed and the lamp was broken. I'm so heartbroken as this was her Christmas gift. I am her only family. What can I do, can another one be sent very soon? Please get back with me.
I have NOT received my order!!!
It is way overdue!!!!Today is December 4,2021......and it still has NOT arrived!!!
If it does not arrived soon....I want a refund.
