I'm a building company this propel never pay you. They promise evry week to pay but they don't do it. Gemma Burkett working there is the property manager don't trust her do not work whit this peopel they never pay, there a are tifs using smal maintenance company and don't pay tham. I wil turn up evry day til they pay. And if not the court will thake care of it. DON'T DO ANY BUISSNIS WHIT THAM BE AWARE

I found Gemma to be incredibly rude. Very combative when following up about repairs and missing items in the flat.
I've though it was just me, but after speaking with other residents in my building it's a shared feeling amongst all who've had the displeasure of dealing with her.

She's asking people to complete trust pilot reviews before they can receive their contracts!!! Which, along with being unethical, is also against Trust Pilot T&Cs.

I’ve been renting with Lamont Estates since 2024 and have lived in two of their apartments during that time. Joe has been my property manager throughout, and my experience with him has been very positive.

He’s always been approachable, responsive and supportive whenever we’ve needed help or had any questions regarding the property. When we moved from our first apartment into another property managed by Lamont Estates, the process was also handled well, and having that continuity made things much easier for us.

As we’re now preparing to move on, Joe has once again been understanding and accommodating with our moving arrangements, which we really appreciate.

I have had a much better experience with Lamont since David Rose took over as Property Manager for Bentley Court. I have had a lot of correspondence with him and even when my emails are long, he remains thorough and covers all of my questions to a high standard and within a timely manner. On top of his professionalism, he is a really nice personable guy. He is easy to talk to and will always do his best for you. He manages many properties, so it's understandable when he misses an email here and there, but he never becomes annoyed if you chase something up. I am very happy to have him as my go to for any queries. Thank you David!
