Prompt replies till now. Although the relevant person is not always available if called by phone. However, they try. Its been a few months into my tenancy and 5 star till now. I will return again in a few months and before ending tenancy to rate them :)

Tas and the rest of the office were amazing throughout the process. Even though we had a few issues, TAs always kept me up to date with what was going on and what we need to do next. Brilliant service from a great company.

David rose has been incredibly helpful with our move, when things where complicated he explained things and helped us understand exactly what needed to be sorted and how we could sort it, he responded quickly to any queries we had and made things much easier for us, thank you very much for all the help
