When booking the visit and explaining the problems the gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful.
Confirmation of the arranged visit was quickly received The Engineer who came notified us of his estimated time of arrival. He was was very pleasant and helpful and fixed the problems. It was excellent from start to completion.

You never answered my query. And the spares arrived with minor damage due to thoughtless packaging

Two engineer visits to replace cracked freezer draw fronts, Two deliveries of the wrong parts, third time lucky.

I ordered a fridge door seal from Lamona in December. The original package was lost by Parcelforce in their Aldershot depot, presumably in the Christmas deluge.
However, despite me forwarding the compensation emails to Lamona and trying to follow up with them regularly, I have received little or no feedback. I am still awaiting the door seal.
They recently contacted me asking if I wanted a door seal or a refund. Clearly, I still need the door seal and advised them so. I am now stuck in email purgatory again, not hearing anything from them despite repeated emails to their website.

The service from start to finish was excellent, we were get up to date with the progress of our claim.The filter arrived on time and was very efficient and ensured no damage occurred during the replacement of the fridge freezer, would recommend to family and friends.

Initial customer service put me on hold and hung up! Second person basically said I couldn't access my details, yet tried to upsell me an extension to the warranty! Not sure if you can't identify the product, then how can you upsell it!

Told I needed the Howden's account details and number. As a customer, I used a company to fit the kitchen; they didn't respond. You told me that was my responsibility. It would help if you told people at the time when they complete the warranty.

In frustration, I contacted the CEO and the staff in their team engaged. I ended up contacting Howden directly to get the invoice number.

Initial investigation arranged, second arranged, no email and no communication to cancel. Took time off work to be available, this cost money!

Had to chase again. Then, I arranged a further appointment to solve.

Poor service throughout. Only 2 stars as it is repaired.

Good service fast delivery

Part delivered was bent beyond use. Now in 2nd week with an unusable extractor fan.

The wrong part was sent initially, but this was rectified without much fuss.

Took quite a few days to send order when it arrived one part of order missing but were quick to put problem right

No stars none of my problems sorted out. Fed up with whole and the way matter has been handled

What went wrong? Since I bought this Dryer, it got repaired 15 times. They rebuilt almost the entire machine, but it still doesn't work fine. The last repair was about to fix the main cable that started to leak some yellow liquid and started to damage our wall socket. Therefore, we used an extension as that is easier to replace than a wall socket. The engineer replaced the faulty main cable despite our objection he plugged the device to a wall socket. Guess what. After two days, we smelled melted plastic and electric in our utility room and when I pulled the machine out, I found a burnt wall socket. This crap has damaged our socket and almost burnt the house down. I blame too the engineer who has caused this damage but I blame mainly Lamona for making such a dangerous useless device like this one. NEVER EVER buy anything from Lamona again.

They refuse warranty on my single oven because there were rust in the oven... I do not recommend avoid at any cost
