Never got my order. Scam.

Do not buy from this buisiness! I placed an order over a month ago, i've still not recieved it and my emails have been ignored.

Beautiful jewellery shown but unfortunately it is a COMPLETE scam, BEWARE do not order. Alongside everybody else, I never received my order and she never responded to my emails until I commented on her social media after weeks. She has now rebranded and changed her website, I ordered from her before she did and she very rudely told me that her website states her order processing time is 3 weeks. But I ordered from her website before she changed it to say that. She then agreed to cancel my order as I “wasn’t willing to wait” but never did cancel it and never refunded me. I had to put in a claim through my bank. You will never receive your order and she won’t reply to you unless you call her out on social media, and then she’ll take no accountability. She even recently made a tiktok post that “I’m ghosting you because I’m working”, but replying to her emails is part of owning a business. Just don’t bother - a shame because the items are beautiful. I understand being a small business but communication is beyond poor and even when she did respond it was rude. Furthermore, I can vouch that the old website wasn’t a scam because I ordered from it and her official tiktok account was communicating with me regarding it.

Ordered in April and never received any updates or tracking information, so I emailed and received a response confirming my address and that I’d get an update after investigating the delay. Never received anything after that despite about 8 follow up emails + Instagram DMs. Have been completely ghosted even though they keep posting on their Instagram story?? Do not buy, absolutely awful customer service

I want to start with the fact that regardless of the quality i think a small business always deserves support.

Me and the seller had some trouble when it came to the shipping of my package. She was always very kind to me whenever we had contact but i ended up getting the package a month later then intended. Which i would have been fine with if i knew that woult happend beforehand.

I may not have helped that it had to be shipped overseas but i had no prooof that it was actually shipped except for their word. Which for me personally for an quite expensive package just isnt enough.

For the seller i truly want them to have the best because they seem like sich a nice person. And id like to give some tips. Take pictures of orders before they get shipped out. Take a photo of the shipping label on the package with the name so people have proof of it being send out. Email international costumers and inform them of the longer waiting periods.

And try to get more reviews of real people on youre website with indications of how long the package took to ship.

For me the whole experience was quite stressful and i honestly didnt expect my package to arrive at all. But the seller was kind enough to let me keep it regardless of me getting a refund or not.

If youre reading this. I do not want to scare you of but i would just proceed knowing what you could potentially expect.

I ordered via the shopify website and never received my order. Seller has rebranded as “theveiledlamb” and is 100% lying about there being a fake scam store impersonating her - it is her.

She would reply to emails in a polite and friendly manner, this is just to waste your time in the hopes that you give up.

Unlike the other reviews I did actually receive my order and the whole shipping process went pretty smoothly actually. My issue is the jewellery itself is clearly just cheap tat being resold under the label of antique. I was really disappointed because some of the items used in the images for the mystery boxes looked gorgeous but mine came and i got a necklace with some random girl imprinted on it and a matching earring and necklace set that's very clearly brand new. All are on new cheap chains as well so they look really out of place. It's a shame because I really wanted to like and support the shop but seeing reviews here about scamming it seems bad.

i placed an order on april 30th and it never shipped or arrived. all i received was a confirmation email, no other updates. my MULTIPLE attempts to reach out (email, ig dms, tt dms, tt comments) have been ignored. i rlly wanted to like this store cuz the stuff is so cute but the customer service is beyond unacceptable.

No matter how many times this seller lies and says that their old site/tiktok was a fake site and that's the cause of the negative reviews, do not believe them. It has been her the entire time. If a fake site was such an issue, why would she not be blasting it on her socials that she was being impersonated and hundreds of people are being scammed? Wouldn't she want people to know? She has changed from "Lamb And Veil" to "The Veiled Lamb" to detach herself from the negative reviews. Both the old site and her new site shipped (when people DO get shipments, which is very rarely) from the UK and have the payment taken out from the UK. What are the odds a "fake site" would be in the same country of origin?

Used the proper shopify website and even then this seller is awful.
Attempted to contact the owner multiple times for a cancellation through the website, email, and even tiktok with no response. I then decided to start a refund claim and that is when they began actually responding to my emails and claimed they “started a refund before i did my claim” on shopify but I would have been notified if that was true (cancelled an order before) and got no notification of that. They then told me that if I didnt cancel my claim they would say it was fraud. I thankfully didnt listen and just let the bank handle everything and got my money back. Do not trust this seller and always look up website reviews so you dont end up like me!

There is a fake website going around for this brand, the squarespace one is the fake one. after i ordered from the fake one accidentally i contacted the real store and she sent me the items for free as an apology and they are beautiful. very kind owner but check you are ordering from the shopify store!

The squarespace store is a scam seller and the shopify is the legitimate one, however… the legitimate seller isn’t much better,

Placed two orders in March - one came the other still not arrived I don’t believe it’s ever been posted.

When communicating she said she’ll resend and never does, ignores your messages I’ve had to comment on her public posts to get a response and that doesn’t even work sometimes. Don’t bother with lamb and veil full stop both sites will just take your money and scam you

Scam. I started reading the reviews AFTER I placed my order (stupid of me). I gave the seller the benefit of the doubt, and when I didn't receive any order updates I contacted the seller. She was friendly and ''was going to look into my order''. And then I never heard from them again. Thankfully I chose the Klarna option, so I never lost any money. Don't order from this website, no matter how pretty their stuff is. 😭

It’s a scam don’t order you’ll never get your product

I really wanted to give this seller the benefit of the doubt.

Before ordering, I had come across comments from other customers expressing concerns about orders not being fulfilled. Rather than assuming the worst, I chose to be patient and gave the seller every opportunity to demonstrate that my experience would be different.

After placing my order, I was told it had been dispatched, yet my Shopify order remained marked as "Processing." When I queried this, I was told there had been a website migration and that the order status was no longer updating. I was also promised a copy of the shipping label and proof of postage. Despite waiting and following up, this evidence was never provided.

The seller then offered me a full refund, which I accepted. Unfortunately, after accepting the refund, I received no further response and the refund has not been processed.

Throughout this process, I remained polite, patient, and willing to work directly with the seller. I gave ample time for responses, requested only reasonable evidence that the order had been dispatched, and hoped to receive the item rather than seek a refund. Unfortunately, after repeated promises and a lack of follow-through, I have been left without the order, without the promised proof of dispatch, and without the refund that was offered.

I sincerely hope other customers have a better experience than I did, but based on my own experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this store.

Scammer. I’m pretty sure only like 3 out of 100 people get their order. I don’t understand why. If you want a refund you have to do it through your bank. She will act as if she cares at first when you dm about the query but nothing gets done. And sending out pr boxes but not to anyone else. Fkng ridiculous. I’m not sure how the website is still up because literally everyone complains (if your comment doesn’t get deleted)

My order has never shipped. Mailed multiple times for information and never got a reply. Wouldn’t recommend buying here. Commented on their instagram about it and the comment was removed without any contact.

this is a scam unfortunately. i ordered december 21st and 22nd, then i tried to cancel my order because i read some shady reviews on their tiktok page. i contacted customer support and they seemed helpful at first, and told me to wait until it arrived and then i could return it. i asked for a shipping confirmation because i hadnt got any, and they said it was shipped. april comes and still no sign of the package, and i saw more and more bad reviews on their old tiktok account. i tried contacting customer support again, they answered one email, then stopped answering all together. i filed for a dispute with my bank and luckily got my money back. do not order from this site, its a total scam. if you have ordered something, file for a dispute.

Ordered last year and managed to get a refund with bank. They keep pushing back for time so you can't claim with your bank. They only seemed to have sent to influencers. As I believe their last account got banned from being reported. It's a shame because they have beautiful pieces. Me and some others came together as we went through the same thing. Hoping you can get refunded guys🤞💕

This website is an absolute scam. The videos posted look very realistic. The seller will not dispatch the item and will stop replying to emails after saying something along the lines of there being an issue with the delivery. Do NOT fall for this. I ordered in December 2025 and have still not received this item.
