Great company helped me out when I needed it would 100% recommend

Recently purchased a car from Lakeview ( first time customer). Process was easy & pleasant.
Several months later it was discovered on a routine inspection that there was a problem with the car ( not Lakeviews fault as they had used a local garage to remove a towbar before I picked up the car )
I phoned Lakeview and Rebecca was totally Fab - they took the car in ... rectified the fault- and gave me a loan car to cover the period I eas without a vehicle.
The acid test of any business is what they do when things go wrong ( as at times thing just do ) Rebecca & Lakeview get 100% on customer satisfaction from me. I'm looking to purchase another vehicle in Sunmer next year - I'll be going back to Lakeview for certain.

Simply a “no brainer” for me to wonder over to Lakeview Cars when we’re purchasing vehicles for the family. We’ve recently purchased a Fiesta for a young driver in the family and the honesty and advice from both Brad and Damien was invaluable. In addition the “Customer Care” package is reassuring. It’s important for Lakeview to make sure everything has met expectations, if not exceeded in all departments. Luckily it my turn now to get a new car and I’m already all over their website. I know that what I’m seeing is a true reflection of what I can expect, however I know a 1-2-1 conversation is what I really need to do. Often they know of vehicles yet to list.. and they go quick.

Do not trust!! Extremely unprofessional - selling dangerous cars and then making promises to sort it out and it never happens. Absolutely disgraceful.

Phoned up Lake view about a pick up went to see it nice truck. He gave me wot he said for my smart car and the pick up drives lovely. He sold it to me on same day as I picked it up only had about 6 months mot so he said bring it back in with in two weeks and they but a new mot on it .which I have just had done at mot center near their car sales .it failed on a little item which garage done and Lake view paid for it all good frendy sales team and very helpful thanks to big big dave

I purchased a Peugeot in June.. when I saw the car it had a few issues..was told that the dents on drivers door where not there when checks where done..so was assured that they would be fixed..also scuff marks on body coloured bumper would be sorted and cigarette burn on leather back seat..car went in for 2 weeks and when I collected it the dents on the door had only been tapped out..not a proper job..also they had only covered up 2 of the scuffs on the bumpers and left the rest...I also noticed on collection there was a long deep scratch on the drivers door that wasn't there when I dropped It off...I told the female who took me out to show me the work that it was a bad job and I wasn't happy..was told Brad would be out in a bit...but after waiting a bit no one came out..I had to pay 163.00 for a new key as the 1 they gave me broke in 2 after a few days..There was no hnd ook either.I emailed Damien who told me he would speak to sales team for there input..his reply was sorry we have given the best customer service we can for you..and that a 2006 car will have age related marks...I feel this car dealers is testosterone filled and they think female customers can be a push over..Not This Female...

Viewing booked, car ready for us, availability for test drive, questions answered, car serviced and new MOT, and then delivered free of charge within 4 days! Cannot recommend highly enough. I bought a car for my daughter's birthday and can confirm that it was done in a very quick time. Bradley and Russel have been amazing. They delivered the car over weekend and it was a nice surprise.

From the moment I found the car I wanted to buy to the time I drove it away, I received nothing but exceptional service. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, making the process easy. They helped me transfer my private number plate over and set up the tax for my new vehicle which took a lot of stress away for me. Thoroughly recommend them

I bought a car from these people and they sprayed the alloy wheels all one colour. 2 and a bit months later the paint is pealing off, wheels look terrible as bubbles have started to appear. Plus nothing has been done about the broken grill that I mentioned the day after I had car, it came with loads of scratches across body work which I have sort of got rid of but still visible, part worn tyres were fitted which cost me over the moon to replace. Yet to offer me £650. For my car and sell it at £4000. Never again will I use these people.

This is the worst company I could ever recommend,first they sold a faulty car,was almost in an accident within a week of purchase due to faulty brake I think am going to report them to the police because at the end they dnt do as if anything happened.Rubbish company

I brought a Mercedes Vito Van from Damien at Lakeview. The van was exactly as described and I have done a lot of miles in it since and it's been amazing. I would highly recommend Lakeview cars to anyone looking for a van or car

Lakeview is by far the best secondhand car dealership I have ever dealt with.They went above and beyond with a warranty repair on a clutch when they did not have too.They were very easy to deal with from start to finish.Not at all pushy when looking for a car unlike most I have used previously.I really have nothing bad to say about them.I even recommended my own sister to them and she also purchased a car from them and she is also very happy.I would recommend this company to anyone 5 star rating from me
