Laijkit Property Recensioni

Daniel carried out a very thorough pre-purchase inspection for us on a property in Portugal. The report was detailed, practical and easy to understand, and gave us a very clear picture of the property before committing to the purchase.
What stood out was the level of detail and the balanced approach. The report identified a number of maintenance points without making minor issues sound more serious than they were, while clearly highlighting the areas that genuinely needed attention. Daniel was also very helpful afterwards, answering follow-up questions on the plans, the water ingress issue and other points we wanted clarified before proceeding.
The overall service gave us a lot of confidence, particularly as this was our first property purchase in Portugal. Communication was good throughout and I would have no hesitation recommending Laijkit Property to anyone wanting an independent inspection before buying.

Daniel was incredibly accommodating with our expedited schedule, he spent a good amount of time taking care to document and photograph many aspects of our prospective property, and provided a detailed report with multiple corresponding photos in a few days' time. He made himself available to answer follow up questions in very short response time, and was generously informative - all for a very fair price with simple payment options! I am very grateful for Daniel's expertise! Thank you!

Daniel was very communicative and professional at his inspection work at our property in Lisbon

Daniel recently carried out an inspection of my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with his work. He is thorough, professional, and honest, and communicates everything in a clear and easy-to-understand way. No question was too much for him.

Not only did he made sure the inspection was planned as soon as possible, despite the holiday period, also the report was delivered very quickly. Afterwards he took the time to walk me through all the details.

Trust matters a great deal to me, and even without knowing him or his company beforehand, I immediately felt I was in good hands. I would highly recommend his services.

Very happy with Daniel's work. He worked fast to deliver a very comprehensive report in good time. Good communication throughout as well.

I am very impressed by Daniels knowledge
and clear communication. He is fast, can explain all your questions and is honest. He will tell you what the state of the house is to the best of his abilities and tell you clearly where they end so you can plan your next steps.
After the report was generated we could sit down and go over the details together.
This was for sure worth the price.

Would recommend.

He is very rude, calls people idiots, his customers service skills need improving.

When buying an apartment in an old building in Portugal, it's only natural to want to be thorough of its state. We found Daniel to help us with that and we're so happy we did. He gave us a detailed report that gave us the confidence to go through with the purchase. I will 100% use Lajkit property again and have already recommended Daniel to several friends.

Purchasing a home in Portugal for the first time from the US felt daunting, but Daniel helped ease our minds regarding the investment. He was able to schedule an inspection on short notice, and provided a very detailed and thorough report with photos, including drone shots of the roof. He also took time to review the report over the telephone, and was very knowledgable about construction issues specific to Portugal. We highly recommend his services.

Daniel was fast to respond and fast in delivering a very detailed report which was very helpful in our buying process!

As foreigners looking to buy our dream home in Portugal, we first sought out a professional contact we could trust. That's exactly what we found after contacting Daniel from Laijkit.
Daniel thoroughly inspected the property and informed us about details of the building structure and any defects that could affect the value of the property. He went into all the details and pointed out defects that could be expensive to repair in the future. He also gave us lots of additional information and advice. For us as buyers, it made perfect sense to have this inspection carried out at a reasonable price. Thank you very much.

From start to finish, Daniel made the process of obtaining his expertise completely wonderful! Not only is he very responsive and detailed in communication, his flexibility in terms of scheduling and meeting our needs was fantastic. The home inspection itself exceeded our expectations. It was packed with detailed insight into the home, helpful suggestions for repair, and guidance in terms of the urgency of various repair needs. There aren't enough stars on the Trust Pilot site to reflect our level of satisfaction. We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with and we would highly recommend him!

Excelent inspection of the house, with all details and information required.

I hired Daniel to conduct technical surveys for three different properties in Lisbon and the Algarve during 2024 and 2025. He applies high standards in his inspections and delivers thorough, detailed reports. I was very satisfied with the quality of his work.

After looking at several home inspection companies in Portugal, Laijkit Property shines as the best option.

Their premium inspection report (with loads of photos) concisely details all aspects of the home, ranking them very clearly. Then, it summarizes and prescribes actionable recommendations for repairs and improvements.

Daniel even takes time to discuss the report with you. For peace of mind, Daniel offers his expertise and network to you, if you decide to purchase the property. So you can rationally decide whether a property makes sense for you.

Without a doubt, the Laijkit Property premium inspection rivals any other I've seen from other companies.

Good communication, timely service, a very smooth experience. Would definitely recommend!

Responsive and prompt.

Daniel and Britt are outstanding professionals. I first came across them when I was dealing with problems in a previous apartment, and their expertise left a strong impression.

I hired them to inspect a newly constructed apartment and ensure everything was functioning properly (an absolute must when moving into a new build!) as well as to confirm the area dedicated to a washer/dryer was properly equipped for safe installation.

They are exceptionally knowledgeable and professional, with an impressive attention to detail. They answered all of my questions clearly and provided practical solutions on the spot. The entire inspection took less than two hours, yet they were able to identify issues and recommend effective remedies with remarkable efficiency.

I highly recommend Laijkit for anyone moving into a new apartment or addressing concerns in their current home. Their professionalism, insight, and attention to detail make them an invaluable resource in Portugal!

We reached out to a few vendors to help us with a house inspection in Portugal, but none of them felt like the right choice. Then we connected with Daniel, and the experience was outstanding from the very start.

Communication was smooth, quick, and professional — he was genuinely easy to work with. The inspection itself was handled with care and attention to detail, and the report he provided was spot on: thorough, clear, and exactly what we needed to make an informed decision.

We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend Daniel to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy house inspection in Portugal.

This is our first house purchase in Portugal & we were aware that the condition & construction of Portuguese properties, can vary a great deal.

We therefore required a full survey of the house, before deciding to purchase the property. Daniel was extremely helpful prior to the survey, explaining in great detail, how the survey would be carried out.

We received the inspection report, within 2 days & it was a very professional & thorough report, with helpful comments & advice, on any issues that required attention.

Daniel was extremely helpful, after issuing the report & was very patient in answering all our (many) questions. His expertise was invaluable, in giving us ‘peace of mind’, that we should proceed with the purchase.

Daniel has also made himself available to us, after the inspection, with help & suggestions, to make improvements to the property. His advice, in particular on installing a more efficient heating system, will be extremely helpful in the future.

If you’re thinking of buying a house in Portugal, I would highly recommend Daniel & Laijkit Property, to carry out your property inspection.
