The Lagan home team at kingstone Grange Hereford , have been amazing throughout, from Gail at the very beginning showing us our new home and going through everything with us (first time buyers) to Jason answering our questions and helping us in our new home, nothing ever seems to be a bother always on hand if we have any queries or issues ,very helpful, we cant fault anything

I cannot praise Lagan Homes/Kingstone Grange enough. From our first viewing with Gail to our moving in (February), nothing was too much trouble. This is our first new home purchase ( 2 previous homes were previously enjoyed), but we had no need to be nervous over any snagging issues, as they were few and far between and Site Manager Jason dealt with everything promptly and efficiently. Totally delighted with our move and the quality of our new home.

From start to finish and even now, the service has been amazing. From our first meeting with Gail to reaching out to Jason for little touch ups (sometimes through my own doing) nothing was to much trouble. Everyone is super friendly and can honestly say I’ll miss seeing them when the site’s complete.
The move overall for us was challenging however Lagan Homes made it easy, and as stress free as possible. Gail was always there to reply to emails, however big or small my questions.
I couldn’t have done this process without their support.
Can’t thank the team at Kingstone enough for all their work it’s been an absolute pleasure and joyful experience!

We went to Kingstone Grange to look at the new houses on offer in January 2023.
The sales staff were exceptionally nice, guiding us through the process of ordering our new home, choosing all the options and making sure we were kept informed along the way.
We took possession of our new home only two months later and everything is perfect! We've had no snagging issues at all, everything works as it should.
The site manager has been absolutely brilliant, calling in and making sure there are no issues on a regular basis.

I'd highly recommend Lagan Homes to anybody! First class service from lovely people!

Simply impeccable service. Very helpful throughout the process and friendly. They make you feel welcome and respected. If anything was not working (like my bathroom extractor fan) it’s replaced quickly without question or complications and the fan was my only minor issue - House immaculate and feel they will still be helpful well Into the future if anything else goes wrong. We moved into our new house in October 2022. We are absolutely delighted with it. Inevitably, as with all new build homes, there have been a few snagging issues, but the customer care team have been extremely quick to respond and get things fixed. The team are attentive, polite and friendly and are a pleasure to communicate with.

I attended the launch of Steeples Green on Saturday. It was very busy when I arrived however, the sales staff acknowledged me and was very helpful.
There was only a show home for a 4-bed property and as a first-time buyer, I am looking for something much smaller. They took me into a 3-bed property that was unfinished, which allowed me to get a real sense of the size and was definitely more within budget.
Overall the staff were very helpful and the quality of the homes I looked at were very good. Highly recommend attending their launches and looking at buying their houses
