I’ve now been in my home for the best part of three months. The support given to me from the moment I came to look at a prospective home to when I moved in was excellent. All staff, from the sales team to the site management, have always been friendly and supportive. All minor snags have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Lagan homes to anyone considering a new-build property.

We moved into our new Lagan home a week ago and Louise, Jason and Kevin couldn’t have been more helpful. Small list of snags but all small things. Would definitely recommend!

Me and my sister moved into our home one week ago, Louise was great. We were first time buyers and she made the whole process of buying our house so easy for us, keeping us updated every step of the way and giving us guidance. Jason was also great on hand explaining anything in the house we were unsure on really easy process and would deffinitely recommend Lagan homes.

We moved into our Lagan Home, Anchor wharf a week ago and the whole process has been amazing! Louise has been absolutely fantastic always quick to respond, happy to help and nothing was ever too much trouble! Everyone on site is super friendly and we love our new home! Could have wished for a better experience Krystof has also been absolutely amazing always there to answer any questions! I would definitely recommend.

From start to finish Louise was absolutely brilliant, nothing was ever too much for her and she answered any emails/ questions I had promptly. As a first time single buyer it is a very daunting process but Louise made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Everyone at Anchor wharf have been extremely helpful, I could not recommend them enough! A massive thank you to Louise.

I moved into my Lagan Home at Anchor Wharf December 2024. From start to finish Louise was fantastic and went above and beyond to help me through the process nothing was too much trouble for her. I must also add in Krystof any problem he too did everything possible to help any issues.

We moved into the show home at Anchor Wharf on the 21st Feb. During the process Louise was really helpful and reassuring when our sale fell through. This was much appreciated during such a stressful time. Louise responded to emails and calls promptly and professionally. On site we found Kristof to be extremely helpful with a lovely friendly demeanour. He is knowledgeable and you feel you can trust him with any property enquiries. Many thanks to you both

Louise was extremely helpful and understanding when we purchased our property from Lagan Homes. Nothing was too much trouble for her to sort out or arrange.

I would thoroughly recommend purchasing a property through Lagan Homes. Louise was extremely helpful, answering any questions promptly and providing reassurance throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much and for a first time buyer that was great knowing you were being looked after from start to finish. 10/10 customer service.

We completed on our home at the end of Jan 2025. Louise was very helpful during the whole process and kept us updated throughout. Krystoff has been fantastic, he is so friendly and makes sure any issue (there have been very few) is solved quickly! Thank you for making our move a lot less stressful :)

Danielle was such a great help to us .
She made the experience of buying a new bluit house, less stressful. She tried her best to make things go quicker. She reassured and assisted us in every step of this journey.
Even when we felt overwhelmed with all
the process, she kept calm and was patient with us.
After collecting the house keys, she checked if we settled well in the house and explained everything we needed to know and who to reach if any concerns.
I would definitely recommend Lagan house and Danielle as sale advisor.

Extremely poor customer service.
We brought our home with Lagan in Mach 2024.
Found there is flooring issue in Jan 2024 and they agreed to fix it before we moved in. However, there was nothing done and we put this issue on our snagging list and hope they will fix it at some point. The site people are lovely which they viewed and took picture of the issue then confirm they will pass the issue to customer care.
Now customer care denied there is a problem and said it was us not following the product care instruction which caused the damages.
Even you have all the evidence and dated picture they still denied the problem!
Reconsider if your are thinking to buy a all ready to move in new build home as there is no after sell customer service.

We’re very happy with the house we purchased at Lagan Homes in Swindon. Very well-built house inside and out. Barry & Yvonne are very nice, friendly, accommodating and helpful. They explained everything before we moved in on 3rd of April 2024. This house I can truly call our home for keeps.

LEAVE RATBY ALONE! We don’t need anymore homes. Out village is struggling already with all the latest developments. Our water pipes, gas pipes, roads, school, doctors can’t take it, we’re well past capacity and our beautiful woodlands and green spaces are all but gone. Build somewhere else!

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Sue and Dan at Cotton Meadows made the whole experience stress free, from picking our choices to the moving-in day. Nothing was too much hassle for them and the level of communication was excellent especially when things were delayed our end. Both went above and beyond for which we are extremely grateful. In addition I want to highlight the high quality of specification and attention to details in the house itself. I would highly recommend Lagan homes and we are extremely happy with our new home.

After moving in on the 18th December the most stressful time of the year everything ran smoothly thanks to your brilliant site manager.no major issues and any small issues dealt with immediately.we are now with customer care who have been excellent.Thanks lagan homes.jackie and shaun Ryan.

The customer experience and service we’ve had from Lagan has been fantastic! Tracy has been phenomenal through from reservation to completion, going the extra mile through every step. In the process we experienced many external setbacks, for which Tracy and her experience were able to resolve quickly.
Everyone on site has been friendly, I have really enjoyed every time I’ve gone in, and we’re looking forward to moving into our home.

We are delighted to have moved into our new home on 30th December 2023. The quality of the construction is excellent . We have viewed a few new builds from well known builders, but we were happy with Lagan homes Swindon and we went for it. I appreciate Yvonne from the sales office for being friendly and helpful. A big thank you for Barry and Brian for their high quality work and professionalism onsite.

I wish I can give -1000 star to Lagan homes.
I have been waiting for my garden to get fixed and no response from them. Very very poor customer service. Guys AVOID Lagan Homes.

It's been over a week and no one has contacted me from Lagan Homes. Whoever have left good reviews here..seems like they have not faced big issues with Lagan Homes or fake reviews.
