I have a good experience with this travel agency. They replaced my return flight with a better one because the original flight was full.

Very nice and helpful. Answered any questions self or family had. Only thing I don’t like is we don’t get our tickets until the day before. Other then that worked well with us and got us really great deals!!

The other company that I used to order my tickets toke my money but did not send me my e-tickets. I was stuck at the airport in Memphis with no tickets. I called Mike and he toke care of everything and I also got my money back from the other company. So thank you

I can see where people may get upset about the advertised price. Just as the website said, if the prices are no longer available, someone would contact you if there are changes. I wasn't surprised as soon as I hit the enter button for payment, my phone rang. My thoughts were, here we go, but I got Mike. Mike was patient and assisted in looking at other airports near me. Mike actually got me a flight from an airport that is 10 minutes from my my home instead of having to drive an hour and a half to save a lot of money. The tickets were great and the trip was uneventful or uninterrupted. It was the day before. Thanks Mike. I'll be shopping with you again soon.

It something seems to good to be true, it probably is. Just booked two one way tickets. Price was too good to be true. After booking got a pop-up confirmation, (Itinerary and Reservation Details) but no e-ticket #. I called them and they said the fare is no longer available and our card would not be charged. I asked why is the fare on the site and they gave some BS about not being able to change prices on the site. Now we have to keep checking to see if our card is charged.

The worst customer service ever. Check who do you hire to put on the phone… you have the most rude and egocentric agents in the market.

Just got a call from one of your agents and he said things like I don’t care, I don’t want to answer anymore, incredible rude unprovoked. I didn’t want to buy but all I said was “why do you advertise a price that you can’t honor” and he started immediately to argue and saying he won’t answer me or sell me anything. Well great, I didn’t want to buy, but this is definitely the kind of people you don’t want behind your company.

I’d rather buy a 200$ from delta than from a company that has this much of respect for the clients… you advertise a 26$ flight and then I got a call saying “incredible, you want to fly for 26$ that’s ridiculous” wow so you make money black lashing people? Very sad.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could! They are scammers! Don’t believe this website or ticket price! I bought flight with them and baggage at a supposedly discounted price! Turned out to be a scam and got flagged and frontier airlines! I ended up getting scammed for $170 and ended up paying $200 for my new flight and addition $80 + tax for my checked baggage. Run away, stay far away from Lafe Travel! Don’t believe them, they are scammers! Liars!

Mike took great care of me and got me everything I needed to get on this flight early.

Had to get a last min ticket from LA to SF and was able to get Alaska airlines half the price!
