I just want to say that this has been…

I just want to say that this has been my best online ticket booking experience. I connected with Max who got me the flights on 28 November. I wanted my family to be seated together in a same row, so they took care of the seating assignment. Rest of the things went smoothly.

Never trust this company

Never trust this company. It may look like a lower price for a ticket but once you book it they charge you $62 because they booked it for you. Even when you cancel they won't return your $62. I sent emails they ignored same as calls. Truthfully should not have even 1 star but it wouldn't let me give a review. Beware of these scammers

I tried to cancel my ticket almost immediately after purchasing (I was within the allotted time frame of 24 hours). David said it would take 7-10 business days. They don't answer their phone anymore when they seee me on caller ID and don't respond to emails. Total loss of my money! I am contacting my bank to dispute.

This website is fraudulent

This website is fraudulent. The way to scam you is their website quote at a lower price, but charge you for a full ticket then tell you that price is not guaranteed. They also charge a fee in a separate transaction, called a tax that you have to pay, which already charged by the airline.
Here’s a big fraud about them, after they bought you a ticket, they ask you to attach a copy of your credit card through email or your reservation is cancelled and no money refund at all. Don't do it! It is fraud!
They requested my info? Don’t fall into that trap again. They would steal all your $$$ because they knew their business would not last long.

Praktizieren ne GAAAANZ FIESE ABZOCKEMASCHE und machen damit EINEN HAUFEN KOHLE 😠❗❗❗👎👎 bestätigen zuerst deine Flugbuchung, mit dem Hinweis du kannst noch bis 2 Tage danach kostenlos stornieren. Danach melde sie sich und teilen dir mit, daß der Flug von der AIRLINE NICHT BESTÄTIGT WURDE 👎👎👎 zu diesem Zeitpunkt ist deine kostenlose Stornierung bereits abgelaufen.
Du bekommst andere Tickets mit höherer Preis. Außer der Ticketpreise buchen sie noch OHNE Einwilligung zusätzlich eine hohe Bearbeitungsgebühr ab. Bei mir waren es 634 USDOLLAR für die Bearbeitung. Danach sind sie nicht mehr erreichbar.

While booking my flight, site did not ask for trusted traveler number. Or, I might have missed the link. Gave their 866 number a call. They immediately added my Global Entry number before e-ticket issuance. All this happened within 5 min phone call. A little over 10 mins later, a follow-up call was received to confirm e-ticket receipt.

The experience was interesting

The experience was fairly easy. Jenny and Ben were so pleasant. My only problem was more with my credit card company for rejecting the $30 part of the charge, requiring me to submit another card.

Bad Weather vs Great Team

The weather at the destination I was flying to was going to be bad so I needed to change my flight and David was very helpful in making that happen. He answered all my questions and made the transition smooth and painless. Ben was polite and made sure that my experience in getting my ticket changed was a pleasant one.

Genuine dedicated and caring agent.

I landed on the FareBarber website through Instagram. I was initially unfamiliar with their services, leading to some reservations about making a booking on their website. However, the experience turned out to be wonderful with the assistance of a live agent.

The agent, remarkably friendly & patient, not only helped me navigate the booking process but also helped me find a better deal shortly after my initial reservation. A follow-up call from the agent informed me about the improved option, and without hesitation. I gladly accepted the fantastic offer.

Terrible

Terrible. My Ticket was booked for $1021 originally but finalized at $1089. No big deal but then they charged me an additional $102.70 because they are 3rd party for an $1189 total. The current price is $1035 by several other 3rd party's final price mind you I've always bought tickets from 3rd party's and never been charged separately. Had I went with another vendor I would have saved $139 off the ticket price. Had I known the additional $102 I would not have chosen this vendor.

Don’t Use Farbarber. Try calling first see if anyone answers phone. 24/7 is a lie

I had to give this company 1 star to leave feedback. Purchased tickets online and received confirmation for ticket and price. 2 hours later I received a email stating ticket was $100 more than quoted. I received no call from Farebarder. I tried calling 5 times and got voicemail stating agents were busy. I left 5 messages and never received a returned call. I also emailed agent that sent email and never got a reply. I was unable to cancel purchase. I did not agree to the price I paid for ticket. I could have purchased from airline $90 cheaper. So basically I felt like they advertised price to get me to purchase ticket and then just charged what they wanted without calling me back. I would have canceled on credit card but was skeptical if charge would be reversed and I would end up paying for 2 round trip tickets. Beware of this company. I will never use them again. Good luck getting anyone to answer phone.

So I see the reply Farebarber sent. It’s automated. The simple fact is the reply is a automated lie. They advertised a price and purposely charged my card $80 more without approval. No calls or email asking just charged my card. I could have purchased tickets directly from airline for way cheaper. They charged me more for tickets and then added a $50 separate fee for services. Don’t trust this site. They are a third party and it will cost you more. Below is the reply I got on email from David Hunt employee from Farebarber.
Copy and pasted from email!!!

“For the next time I would suggest you if you are buying a ticket from any of the third party websites kindly call them first.”

Customer service is amazing

The agent is brilliant. For some reason, my return flight schedule was changed. It's very strange. The agent is very understanding and helpful. She assisted me in getting the right flight & avoiding unnecessary changes. To top it off, she promptly sent my e-ticket information and check-in details straight to my email, showcasing an efficiency that left me genuinely delighted.

Kudos to the outstanding service and problem-solving skills! I'm genuinely grateful for such a positive and efficient resolution.

Professional customer service and follow up

After receiving confirmation of my reservation, i recieved a phone call followed by a voicemail, and an email message saying that my credit card transaction had been rejected (i entered incorrect expiration and 3 digit code). The follow-up was every bit as through as "it used to be years ago.

I called them back and gave the accurate info. Within 10 minutes I got my confirmation with Airline's itinerary code on my email. These folks were very professional and made sure that I got my flight.
