Dress didn't ship in time. We ordered 3 weeks ahead! Return policy is in store credit only and they would not cancel the order even though we asked before it even left there building! So disappointing!!

We are so sorry to hear about your experience in early 2021. At that time, there were many supply chain and severe shipping delays that impacted our industry, which was not the experience we would have wanted for our customers. We only want our customers to love shopping with us.
Thankfully, these issues no longer impact us and all our dresses ship out in 1 business day from date of order now.

Not a good experience so far
My daughter ordered a dress 5 days ago. We paid $30 extra to have it shipped withing 3 days and still no dress. We checked the status online and it says it has not even been shipped. I have tried to contact customer service twice since yesterday by email and still no response. At this point we have no idea if she will have it in time for prom, which should have been no problem.

The dress is just breath taking!
The dress is just breath taking!! I have NO regrets of purchasing this dress. The material has a light stretch and is very comfortable to wear. The dress itself is flattering!! I have received many compliments about it. I am beyond happy to have made the decision to get this beautiful dress. The dress is exactly like the picture on their site. The material is gorgeous and the delivery didn't take long!
