This merchant is the worst. There has to be a way to alert people to stay away. It does not matter if i received merchandise in return for my money when the merchandise was the wrong size and never mind that they don’t tell you the size guide is wrong and who cares if the size is wrong when it does not even look like the item on the website

The items are cheaply made with no tags or labels. The sender address is Hialieah, FL, but the company insists that you get permission for refunds or exchanges in writing from them via email and that the items be returned to an Australian address! My cost to return the items is $135.00. There was also a disclaimer at the post office that I might have to pay $500 in customs fees at a later date. Everything about this experience has been horrible. Avoid this company.

They are a SCAM! I bought $600 worth of cashmere, or thought I did. No cashmere arrived, just two synthetic lounge sets, and two packages of socks which I did not order, in a mangled shipping envelope. I emailed customer service and got very nice replies in good English but no action, no refund. Now I have escalated to Paypal and Capital One to get my money back. The prices are too good to be true.....

I ordered a sweater from Lacceti as a Christmas gift for a friend, and what I received is not what's pictured on the website. The sweater is a completely different color and the collar is also different. Also, it arrived with no tags (i.e., no info about material or care), so I have no idea where it's actually from. And I don't believe it's even part cashmere, as advertised.

I went on their website to initiate a return and discovered that the process requires the customer to contact them, return the item within 14 days of being delivered, create a return label themself and pay for return shipping to Australia - despite the shipping address on the package being in California.

I have informed my bank and disputed the charge, since this seems to be a fraudulent company. I also canceled the credit card I used for payment, since I don't trust that my information is not being shared or otherwise misused. I'd suggest others do the same.

It did take longer than other companies to get my order, but I am happy with my purchases, and they fit nicely, and they were good with communications. It surprised me to see that neither of my sweaters had any labels, which now I see is ILLEGAL! This has made me lose trust in the company.

Such a bummer. I bought two cashmere sweaters from this company. If cashmere exists it is the bare minimum amount to get away with using the term. They fit poorly and just generally feel cheaply made. Why is it so hard to find good clothes on the internet? Skip this website, nothing is as it seems. Used the size chart when making my size choice, I feel like I'm being squeezed to death. These were not cheap sweaters.

If I could give this company a less than 1 star I would. First the clothes are 2 to 3 times smaller than stated. 2nd their return policy is 14 days instead of the standard 30 days...even when they send you the wrong clothes. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I believe this company is fraudulent. I ordered two items and both were very small and there were no size labels in the items.
There is no return address or order form with the shipment and when you look on their website, you have to email a form to them (14 day return policy). Support responded the next business day with 3 options: retuurn to Australia at my own expense, get an 80% instant credit (keep the merchandise) or order somoething different (up to the original price) and keep the merchandise.
I chose to get an 80% instant credit and figured the 20% is what it cost to fall for a scam

Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews about LACCETI before I made the purchase and am disappointed in receiving the sweaters for which I paid $119.80. Neither color matches the photos online, the rust colored sweater online being definitely beige upon receipt. Even though I ordered both sweaters as XL, the green sweater is shorter by at least an inch and probably a smaller size, not XL. Neither sweater appears to fit as an XL; they run small. There are no size markings or material descriptions in either sweater and the care instructions can be found only online, not on a tag sewn into the sweater or even a paper insert with the packaging. It’s pretty annoying that there was no material description or care instructions but LACCETI had the audacity to include a postcard-sized insert offering me 20% off on my next purchase.

I ordered 2 pair of herringbone wool slacks on Oct 27, 2025 and followed the instructions on getting the right size.. which went by waistline and hips.. It showed size 2 X. I'm a size 12 with max of 14, depending on the mfg. I thought that was extremely large but followed their instructions. Because they came from China it took 3 weeks to arrive.
Upon opening the package I immediately felt they were too small. They sure were, about a size 10, which I used to wear in my 60's and 70's; certainly not a 2 X.
Now I see the return policy only allows for 15 days. It's a holiday weekend so hope I can return them and get the right size. They are beautifully made so I want only to exchange them.

They don’t have customer service and they are scam. I ordered October 30th and it’s been a month they haven’t even shipped the product, also they don’t answer the email.

Do not buy from here. Sent something i did not order and then tried to get me to pay more for the correct item. Only offered a refund if i seny via tracked return to australia, despite it coming from china. This is a scam.

I ordered my items in early October, and they were not delivered until early November. I checked for tracking and nothing appeared for weeks. Customer service responded to all my emails. When the items finally arrived, they didn't fit and one was clearly not cashmere as advertised. Also it appears the tags are all cut off inside, so there is no "Lacceti" label or any label. I am now trying to return and am told I have options to only get a replacement (pay for shipping) or take 20% of what I paid because they said shipping would have to come back to Australia and it is very expensive. I checked and still am pushing for a refund. Ridiculous and a scam. I wish I'd read Trustpilot before I bought.

I ordered two pairs of sandals in early October, advertised as Italian leather. Three weeks later, they arrived from China, made entirely of pleather, with rubber soles and no material labels.

I asked for a full refund since the items were not as described. The company quickly replied, offering 20% back if I kept the shoes, citing high return shipping costs (about $45–$100 to Australia). I declined and asked for 65%; they countered with 55%.

I then filed a claim with my bank, providing all correspondence. The next day, the company refunded 100% of my purchase price. To their credit, they responded promptly, but I believe the full refund only came after the bank intervened.

Lesson learned: always check reviews first and be cautious with foreign retailers that aren’t transparent about materials or return costs.

I ordered 3 pairs of women’s trousers. I had read the reviews and sized up. Nevertheless, they are much, much too short - 5-6 inches too short. I am now on email #5 as they try and talk me into taking a 20% refund, then a 30%, saying that I will lose money because the return shipping will be high and I should get tracking as things get lost (I am beginning to think this is a warning that they will deny receipt). They are also emphasizing the 14 day return policy while simultaneously refusing to give me the return shipping address. All in all, I won’t be buying from them again. If I don’t get the return info tomorrow, I will be filing a credit card dispute.

If I could give zero stars I would! The sweater I ordered was supposed to be cashmere. It feels like plastic cotton. It was not a rust color like the picture. But an ugly brownish color....The fit was bad. I ordered a Medium and it was like an extra small. Can't send it back....too costly and can't give it away...No one wants it! Big waste of money.

I recently ordered something from Lacceti and realized I made a mistake - AFTER I hit process the order (for about $100 including two dollars for some fake insurance - that I forgot to uncheck). Within a few hours Astrid got back to me and said she had opened a ticket and as long as the products hadn't shipped - she would be able to reverse the charges. I got notification the next day that this had been accomplished! I can't provide five stars since I have not purchased any merchandise. But, based on my communication with a helpful support person - I'll stand by my four star review.

Item took nearly a month to get to me, clothes have no tags to indicate materials or washing instructions (or brand name), and the sweater I ordered is not what was pictured (cut, shape, materials, or color).

The items are "close enough" to what I ordered, and I will keep them because the return process is so complex, but I don't believe the sweater I received was "cashmere" as stated on their website and did not have a "stand up collar" as listed in the description.

I should have done more research and trusted my gut, and will not be ordering clothes from this place again.

I question whether the reviews they list on their website are real (citing NYT, Bazaar, Vanity Fair, etc.).

If you are going to pay these prices, you can find better quality elsewhere.
