First and foremost I don't like how Shelly responded back very rude and unprofessional. Secondly I couldn't determine measurements as things online can be true to size, smaller, or larger . Thirdly, my jackets are too big. Fourthly, one of my jackets without the hood lettering is trimmed in blue. My high school colors are red, gray, and white not blue at all. Fifthly, Shelly failed to address that issue. Sixthly, not once has the issue been I will be willing to correct the issues at hand and that's poor customer service and makes you lose a first and last time customer. Seventh, customer service is everything to a customer and will determine if you keep that customer or not and not try and belittle a customer like Shelly did.

The jerseys looked great! Very happy with them, got a lot of compliments and asking where I got it!
I personally would size up one size.. I typically wear a woman’s medium and that’s what I ordered it fits, but I feel I would’ve been better off ordering one size up to have a looser jersey feel.
