Shipping is Terrible
Had made two orders. the first one came on time. The second order they said would come in 15-17 days, but its been 1 month and still hasn't arrived. It seems if you have a small order, they ship it by the cheapest way possible and do not follow the quoted 15 days

Garbage company
It’s a Chinese company to where if anything goes wrong you are hosed!!! I purchased 4 baseball jerseys for my boys based on their size guidelines, and for some bizarre reason the front was 3 inches shorter than the back, so they turned out as belly shirts. They refused to stand by their “guarantee”, offering next to no solution.

I told them my worry that it might not reach on time and next day got shipped! I took the express shipping, my package was with me in 4-5 days after shipping. First and foremost I don't like how…
First and foremost I don't like how Shelly responded back very rude and unprofessional. Secondly I couldn't determine measurements as things online can be true to size, smaller, or larger . Thirdly, my jackets are too big. Fourthly, one of my jackets without the hood lettering is trimmed in blue. My high school colors are red, gray, and white not blue at all. Fifthly, Shelly failed to address that issue. Sixthly, not once has the issue been I will be willing to correct the issues at hand and that's poor customer service and makes you lose a first and last time customer. Seventh, customer service is everything to a customer and will determine if you keep that customer or not and not try and belittle a customer like Shelly did.
