They go above &beyond in packing everything so delicate, so carefully that you'll get a nice surprise unwrapping all the goodies! Cam dezamagitor
Am plasat o comandă pe 2 martie și am selectat livrarea la easybox. Am primit confirmarea că totul este în regulă, iar data estimată de livrare era 5 martie. Am așteptat până atunci, iar ulterior am fost informat că nu este posibilă livrarea la locația selectată, ceea ce mi se pare absurd, având în vedere că inițial comanda a fost confirmată fără probleme.
Mai mult, am aflat acest lucru abia după ce i-am contactat eu. Mi s-a spus că trebuie să mai aștept încă 3–4 zile lucrătoare, ceea ce este foarte neplăcut, mai ales că produsul era destinat a fi un cadou.
Nu am plasat comanda pentru a o primi mai târziu decât data estimată sau pentru a afla ulterior că livrarea nu este posibilă. Experiența a fost destul de dezamăgitoare. Este păcat, pentru că emailurile pe care le trimit sunt chiar drăguțe.

Din păcate, uneori apar situații neprevăzute în procesarea comenzilor, iar verificarea dimensiunilor coletului și a compatibilității cu punctul de livrare poate dura mai mult decât termenul estimat. În acest caz, coletul era prea mare pentru easybox-ul selectat și, din păcate, nu am reușit să te contactăm la timp pentru a găsi rapid o soluție.
Înțelegem perfect cât de neplăcut este mai ales când comanda era destinată unui cadou și ne pare foarte rău pentru această experiență. Ca un mic gest de scuze, la următoarea ta comandă vom adăuga un mic „sorry bonus”.
Sperăm totuși să ne mai oferi o șansă pe viitor. 🤍
