This was my first order, which I placed as a test order at Ksisters.fi.

I liked the big assortment of products and availability of many products not available at other online stores or retailers.

In general I am very happy with the package and liked, that the products had been properly packed inside the package and many testers added.

I have though to give only 4 stars as the delivery took some time. I ordered on 19th of April. On same day I ordered as well some of my standard products from Cocopanda. My package from Cocopanda arrived on 23rd of April. the package from Ksisters arrived today on 29th of April. I understand, that there was a wrong sorting done by PostNord and by this the delivery date was moved from 27th to 29th of April. However, I believe, that a improvement in delivery times would be great especially as it does not match the estimate on the website of 3 to 4 business days and neither the estimated delivery date given in the order confirmation, which was 24th of April.

Excellent service, package delivered fast and the products where just what I wanted. I have ordered from ksisters couple of times and always been happy with the service and the products 🫰🏻 And there was all these little samples for me to try so I can buy them next time when I decide to order something 🤭🫰🏻

The delivery was on time, and the items were beautifully and securely packaged. Inside were gifts and a large number of cosmetic samples. Thank you very much, it was a pleasant shopping experience. I will continue to order from your website.😍

Ordered on the 16.1, today is 24.1 and the order is still not sent😡. Customer service not answering.

Kaikki tuotteet tuli mitä tilasin, mikään ei ollut rikki ja pakkauskin oli siistissä kunnossa. Nope toimitus!

Sain tilaamani tuotteet, sisältö oli hyvin ja tiiviisti pakattu. Myös tilauksen seuranta oli mahdollista. Ei mitään moitittavaa.
