Had a hygiene appointment with Asmeen today. Both her and the nurse were very friendly and made the experience very pleasant! Will be returning back and highly recommend Kreate

Had my composite bonding done today with Varsha and Laura and wow, results are amazing but also the care during getting them done was fantastic, made me feel at ease and walked me through all stages. The best dentist I have used.

I was so terrified to get braces as I always get nervous at the dentist. However, Roshni, Ravinder and the other dental nurse (who I’m not sure of her name, I apologise) always make sure I’m as relaxed as possible. They always make sure to have a chat and talk me through whatever we’re doing. The environment is very relaxed and casual, which is nice when you’re a bit nervous for an appointment. In general, the staff there are amazing and so kind, including the receptionist. I would recommend anyone to go here, and to reassure them that even if they’re nervous, the staff will always make sure you feel as relaxed and calm as possible. I’m very thankful that they are the ones who did my braces.

During my dental cleaning, Asmeen, the hygienist, ensured I was at ease and calm.After a long break from visiting a dental hygienist due to a previously unpleasant experience at another practice, I was pleasantly surprised by Asmeen's warmth and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. She also shared some valuable advice for oral care!I highly endorse this place for anyone seeking a hygienist!

My experience at the Kreate Dentist was excellent. Dr Arezo was very patient and calming.
Elsie the dental nurse was very perfessional at all times and made me feel relaxed. I would definitely recommend this Dental surgery if you need treatment, they were very professional throughout my treatment.

Mr poon, was brilliant made me feel comfortable and promptly proceeded to extract my tooth, would highly recommend if you feel anxious or uncomfortable going to the dentist

Extremely disappointed — treatment has left us worse off and out of pocket

After three years of orthodontic treatment at Kreate Dental, we’re now having to go private — at our own cost — to fix the issues caused during that time. The process has been dragged out far beyond what’s reasonable, with little visible progress, and worse, irreversible procedures like filing down teeth were carried out without consent.

Despite raising our concerns multiple times, including through a formal complaint, we’ve received no clear treatment plan or accountability. We’re now in the process of filing complaints with the General Dental Council, the Ombudsman, and NHS England.

Avoid if you’re looking for clear communication, transparency, or care that respects your time, money, or consent.

Wahhab was very thorough, professional and explained each step in procedures which helped me relax and have confidence with my treatment plan. Really recommend and the support staff. Annija was a lovely dental assistant.

Kirpal was an amazing orthodontist, kind, friendly and thorough, with good patience for great results. I'd recommend him to anyone. We had him for 33 months, no longer than what was needed.
Top guy working alongside Gina, whom is also very friendly.

I had a check up & hygiene appointment with Sian and Libbie today and would highly recommend. Sian was very gentle considering I’m a nervous patient and she was so knowledgeable which made me feel so at ease. Thank you both!

Asmeen (hygienist) made me very comfortable. I’m terrified of the dentist. I don’t trust them 😂! I feel I’m in a morgue when they are looking over me. However the last two times I have been Kreate Asmeen has made me very comfortable she is very polite and witty which put me at ease. Could not recommend enough
