I e mailed the company to ask if my order had been posted and they were very quick to reply. And although they were waiting for a new batch coming in they explained everything, apologised and my order came a couple of days later with a free gift to say sorry. Fantastic service, quick replies and a really good quality gift! Would definitely order again .
