My "gift" that came through the post was just the packaging sleeve. No gift package at all. Now their website is down, contact phone number is listed as invalid, no email replies. All their social media links are non-existent. I guess no one will be able to order from them anyway, but no good if you've already ordered and still waiting.

You took my payment and then your website disappeared and you didn’t deliver the gift, and didn’t respond to any emails from me trying to find out what had happened.

I haven’t received my goods and yet to get a reply from customer service

Great company, products and service. Gift box looked lovely…. Just didn’t realise the sparkling wine was a very little bottle but, recipient loved it.
Most definitely recommend and will be using again for sure! Thank you

*update - tried to contact again via email still no response. Phone number goes straight to voicemail, online chat does not work and Instagram private account. There is NO customer service!

Currently not impressed, order gift box for family member. The box was beautifully wrapped however two items were not included and one item added which I had not ordered. I was not contacted about this. I've emailed twice and completed an website form. Not heard anything. I should be due an explanation and refund of the difference at least!

Usual high standard of service and products. My friend was delighted with her gift. Website is easy to use, great range of gifts to suit all tastes and good pics and descriptions given to help you choose.

Every part of the ordering system right down to delivery was excellent. The gift was a little something to cheer up a good friend who is going through a rough time & the gift did the trick - she loved it. Will definitely use BoxTree again

Good idea of picking &making up your own gift box,packaged well,quick delivery too

Ordered a bespoke gift box for a friend's birthday and selected express delivery so it would arrive in time. The gift box took over a week to arrive and BoxTree did not respond to my emails when I got in touch to ask when it would be delivered. Poor customer service - I'm still waiting for a response and for the delivery charge to be refunded.

Out of date gift so lost £40

Also, appeared to have paid delivery charge even though gift voucher was not honoured and, therefore, no deliveries made.

Always had good products from them. Cannot comment on quality of recent purchase as although I booked a delivery date for few weeks after ordering, it has been delivered within days. As a birthday gift it's not yet been opened.

I wanted a special gift for a 60th and had received a box tree gift myself 2 years before. Unfortunately the same gifts were not available and alot of stock was sold out. However I managed to buy a scarf and some jelly beans and it all arrived beautifully packaged and boxed. My friend was very pleased with it all
