I placed an order for a fan blade back in july and each week I would call to get a tracking number. Each week they'd tell me it was on back order so I finally requested a refund about three weeks ago. After not receivingmy refund, I told them that I was going to acquire an attorney, and apparently they're going to issue a refund. We'll see how long that takes. They shouldn't take your money if they don't have.The product in stock; it's a disabled veteran owned company; however. when you call you get somebody in another country.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience. Despite numerous promises and delays, I lost 3 weeks of my time with them for a small order that they never shipped and BS after BS along the way. Finally demanded a refund and they complied. I have no idea what they do all day, all customer support is seemingly from India and I now worry that they have my CC info from my purchase. Buyer dont just BEWARE, RUN AWAY while you can!

Just not a competent company for ecommerce. Cant seem to fill a simple 1 item order and cant seem to refund the order they couldnt ship after 2 WEEKS! Not 2 days, which would still be a stretch for expectations on shipping time. Cancelled the order with a phone call and still 3 days later NO confirmation of the order cancelled, or the refund processed so I had to do a CHARGEBACK. This seems to be the norm from other reviews so it looks like they should just stop trying to be an ecommerce business.

ZERO!! One month waiting and aftere amonth they just said "You can cancel"

9jun update : kpaul finally replies back "out of stock / no back order" and refunded my VISA acct. almost a month to figure that out, what a bunch of jerks!
2jun2026 : DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR SUPPOSED 'CERTIFICATIONS' KPAUL IS A THEFT WEBSITE : 13may2026 ordered Makita SP6000J Track Saw [order #5953 - KSO12140769] ; 19 days later, today 3jun2026 have received no reply or shipping notice for said item ; have attempted contact 3x's. have filled dispute report with NFCU Visa Credit.
