Huge Internet Scam Retailer

I ordered a $24.00 tool part from their online site, on 8/30/25. The part was listed as in stock. The company sent an order acknowledgement on 8/31/25, stating the part would not ship for 6 weeks. Over the next 7 days, I checked the website for a status, hoping their message to me was wrong. As another reviewer states, the website fails to show your order when you select that option. Both times the website issued "Order Not Found". On 9/9/25, I cancelled the order thru direct email to their Sales department. At no time did anyone reply to the emails, or call my number to discuss. I then had my CC company reverse the charge for non-performance. A full day later, Tool Parts Pro sent a Shipping Acknowledgement - in effect shipping an unauthorized shipment; however, I have never received the package. On 9/26/25, I received a nasty email from "Jay" (no last name) threatening me with a lawsuit, and a charge-back from their company, including a $500.00 penalty for unauthorized possession of property. You can't make this garbage up.

Any decent retailer would have responded to my two inquiries, and would not falsely advertise items as in-stock, let alone harass customers with threats of lawsuits over a trivial amount, No, anyone with integrity would have shipped a replacement with an apology. I cannot recommend Tool Parts Pro to anyone, and certainly will never give them my money. These people are bottom feeders who resorted to extortion and coercion, after fraudulently charging my credit card. Online retailers MUST fulfill an order within 30 days of charging a customer's credit card. The Federal Trade Commission is explicitly clear about a consumer's protection from these shady transactions, and for not receiving goods they order, and also for receiving goods the did not order (or cancelled orders). Avoid this company like the plague!

Legal threats for $100 part return

Order a part paid the shipping $14.99, Received the wrong part for my tool. requested an exchange but first I had to pay return shipping and restocking fee before refund. The emphasis was on restocking fee of 25% not on what I needed for my tool. They did not address my tool part until dispute escalated. The customer service specialist even used threats of legal involvement and coercion when I mentioned CC dispute. Very poor customer service and just to obtain an additional $20 dollars plus shipping fees from their customer. Never use them again as every part is special order even if it's on the shelf "In Stock".

I was a little skeptical about dealing…

I was a little skeptical about dealing with this company with all the bad reviews. I had already placed the order before I noticed the bad press. I called the company the next day and was told that the part I ordered wasn't one that they stocked. They explained the process and normal timeliness to get the part and stated that they could back out the order if I wanted. Since I buy 3 of theses Bosch switches at a time and just leave the order with them. The parts arrived earlier than quoted with updates on timing. About 2 1/2 weeks. 20 years ago this was typical turn around for an ordered part. This isn't 20 years ago so that is the reason for the 4 star rating. My only complaint was that their website didn't state that the part I needed wasn't in stock. I will buy from them again the customer service was great.

Proper fit

I ordered a bunch of Milwaukee nailer tips off Amazon and non fit as they should. I ordered these and they fit perfect.

Everything is wrong with this company

Everything is wrong with this company, they never answer the phone or chat line, as their excuse is all our customer service people are busy right now. They state on the web site that some parts take 7 to 14 business days to ship and other parts a month. Were are they sourcing from?? China?. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AGGRAVATION, FRUSTRATION AND DON'T NEED THE PART FOR WEEKS OR MONTHS.

Either their system is terrible, or I am getting ripped off.

I ordered parts on Nov 7th and then again on November 13th. It's November 24th and when I log in to their site with my account information, it doesn't identify any previous orders. There is no record of my purchase in the customer facing part of their system.

Ordered a Skillsaw upper and lower bar…

Ordered a Skillsaw upper and lower bar on 7/7/24. Next day they emailed lowerbar discontinued. OK no problem. Took until 7/24/24 to get to my home. (Not acceptable, BTW item was in stock) Was out on business when I came back I opened up the package and the bar is already started to rust. This is not acceptable and unfortunately I was out of the 7 day return period. They have to inspect their products before shipping.

Unreliable

It took 4 weeks to receive my order and it was the wrong item. Emails were unanswered for 9 days. Unable to speak with someone in customer support. Was told to leave message but mailbox was full. They finally emailed me and blamed the manufacturer for the mix-up and that the amount will be credited back. Still no correct part. Find someone else to do business with instead of these bozos. I've wasted a month and a half on them.

my order is way past due

Date: 10/10/23my order is way past due. they are asking for positive feed back but if there is a problem there is no way to reach them.
Date: 10/11/23 ToolpartsPro contacted me today and is trying to get my parts to me. Their supplier is delaying the process.
I will wait to see if it comes as planned.

So far so good- we will see

Ordered a week ago and no shipping…

Easy to order from them with the expanded diagrams with numbered links to each part. Parts arrived as ordered and appear to be top notch factory quality. I took off 2 stars due to confusion over delivery time and lack of initial response to them to clarify. It would appear that all parts take 2-3 weeks to deliver and it looks like they're working on making that easier to understand during the ordering process. It would also be helpful if they made that clearer in their order confirmation. If they make these improvements I will revise my review upwardly. Overall, I do recommend this company if you can live with a 2 week lead time.
