I love KOVI Fabrics. I purchase from them regularly and never have an issue.

I must have ordered 10 samples and finally selected 4 fabrics for a variety of upholstery projects. I had excellent assistance from the "support" staff at KOVI and appreciate the quality and value of the fabrics I selected and received.

I was extremely pleased to have so many options for fabric to reupholster my favorite Recliner. I wasn't sure of the fabric I picked on line, so I called the help line. The agents I spoke with were extremely helpful. I received my sample swatches in a few days. I called back to order the fabric and was given a nice discount on a rather expensive fabric and they applied the cost of the samples to my order of 12 yards of fabric. The fabric arrived two days early, which will speed up the completion of the reupholster job. I couldn't be happier.

I have ordered several samples from KOVI Fabric, as I was going to upholster a sofa and 2 chairs. The samples came quickly as promised and most were larger than most fabric samples. I made my decision on what to order, Dirk helped me with my order and was very professional, patient, and efficient in assisting me.
He went over and above my expectations in customer service and helped me with delivery issue. Everything

Agustina Vega of KOVI emailed me just now telling me that the fabric that I ordered was discontinued after me first contacting them so many days later? Waiting for nothing to arrive. I think that is horribly unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. I requested a prompt refund. WE must expect more from people in business online.

I just ordered a sumptuous velvet upholstery fabric in a beautiful mahogany color that I could not find anywhere else online. I recently purchased 3 yards of (K4601 Adobe) upholstery fabric for a re-do of my dining room chairs. The order was confirmed and shipped promptly, and the quality and print of the fabric was A-one. Really lovely. Unfortunately, the tone was too dark for our dining room (I definitely should have ordered a sample first), and I asked to return the fabric for a refund. Customer Service was very helpful, and a refund was given. KOVI is at the top of my list when I need fabrics in the future. Excellent product and service. Thanks.

I was very happy to have the ability to order multiple samples before purchasing and all cost for the samples went toward my purchase. The fabric is very high-quality and worked well for upholstering headboards. Some of my samples were slightly delayed as they come from different warehouses and their customer service was extremely responsive.

I find this company, Kovi Fabrics so easy to work with. Whether you are ordering Samples or their fine fabrics, they are delivered in record time. They have such a great selection and their customer service is amazing, actually old fashioned. Great communication. They truly do care. Something you do not see often in these times. I was looking for upholstery fabric for a large couch.
Kovi Fabrics not only provided a huge selection and sent out samples immediately, but once I placed my order, they followed up with emails. I had to call with a question and they were courteous and professional and took care of the matter immediately. I will definitely use them for all my fabric needs. It was a great experience.

I paid for my samples They never came They always sent an email asking if I received them. I called them 4 TIMES They always promised to send them but never did They are crooks I think it is run by 1 guy and no employees. Impossible to reach Alway sends to voice mail and they never call you The one guy Yuri called and left a message I called his cell and told him my woes. He said he would send my samples that day and refund my money too Never happened! Also he said they were headquartered in Minnesota I just read on FB that they are located in Grandville, Michigan. Something fishy going on here.

They have a huge, well organized selection, availability of free fabric samples, expert consulting and quick delivery. Top notch company. Especially appreciate the help and humor of Dirk!

Absolutely beautiful fabric and the quality was amazing, especially for the price. Yes, shipping was delayed due to COVID19, but this is not something that can be controlled. Love, love this fabric!

Great customer service. I sent a picture of the old fabric. A Kovi representative made great suggestions, sent samples, and we then placed our order.

I was making a padded cornice for a guest bedroom but was hesitant to order fabric online. I found the perfect Kovi fabric and ordered a sample which never arrived. I contacted customer service, and Augustina Vega was EXTREME!Y helpful. Not only did she send the fabric within 2 days, she even initiated follow-up to be sure I was satisfied. The fabric is beautiful, high quality, and exactly as pictured. What a pleasure to deal with a company that offers quality merchandise and old-fashioned customer service!

Stay far, far away from this company. I ordered fabric and paid for it and then they sent me an email stating they would not be able to fulfill the order. However, rather than returning the payment, they kept it. I have asked Paypal to request a refund since they did not automatically send it. I am also retaining a lawyer. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering.
