From my initial call to Kovi Fabrics, I had a very positive experience dealing with Dirk, who estimated the yardage I would need to reupholster a sleep sofa and love seat and answered my many questions about fabric options, including a beautiful chenille that seemed the perfect choice for me. Dirk was very knowledgeable, informative, courteous, personable. I truly appreciate such excellent customer service and will definitely come back to Kovi Fabrics.

Had a problem sofa seat cushion. Customer service was friendly and generous with their time and samples! It wasn't the money for them. Way!

My husband and I are upholstering two club chairs that he cherishes. The Kovi company sent constant email updates so I knew exactly when to expect my fabric. Even though the weather has been nasty - they sent the fabric in packaging that the elements could not touch :) Which was very reassuring!
Also, I received a followup email to ensure I was satisfied. I wish all companies were this efficient! Thank you Kovi!

I placed an order for 2 different fabrics on Jan 31 2015. One of them was backordered. I didn't receive the email I was sent regarding the backorder. Both of my fabrics were held because of the back order which made my job late in getting finished. When I called to check status and said I needed the one fabric right away, it was shipped promptly. The second fabric was never delivered. It was supposed to be available on Feb 16. I sent an inquiry on March 4th but haven't received a reply.
I'm sure your company usually does better than this but I am disappointed with this experience

I received a few samples that I ordered, had my client take a look at them and then I ordered them that same day. I received my order within just a few days! Not having to wait forever for a fabric delivery is huge! If the fabric is held up so is the design.

I ordered 2 yds of a fabric I saw while trolling for fabric for a sofa. The fabric that caught my eye depicted horses. I have a friend who is nuts about horses. I could see "birthday present." I could see "pillows." I crossed my fingers and ordered the fabric: it arrived via FedEx. Oh my, home run!!!! Truly beautiful fabric -- maybe a tad too much for a large piece but perfect for throw pillows. I would have had KOVI make them, but decided she'll love the fabric even more if she decides for herself.
Until I saw that fabric I never would have thought of giving fabric as a birthday present, but this fabric is so perfect and so different. I applaud KOVI for excellent service and selection, and I applaud myself for finding KOVI on internet.

Kovi sent samples of their products that allowed me the choices I needed. Service was great and the product met all my needs.

The upholstery fabric I purchased surpassed my expectations, as did the customer service. I had an excellent conversation about my needs, and the fabric in question with a Kovi sales associate. He was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I find that rare these days, and it influenced me giving this review 5 stars.

Samples arrived, I placed order, and order was delivered with no problems. Thrilled with my experience.

Great fabrics, service, and assistance.

My project was a Black Bear Rug and the customer wanted black leather. I was searching and searching for several weeks, requesting samples and nothing to what I wanted. So I was on KOVI website and Dirk was signed on and chatting with me. So I called him and let him know what I was looking for and he tried several attempts to send me a picture of the leather he was talking about. I finally did get the picture but couldn't really make it out, so I again contacted Dirk and he assured me that the leather he suggested would work so I did order it. When I received the leather I immediately called Dirk to Thank him for his great customer service. It worked great, with sewing on the machine and then by hand.

I was able to find a material to blend with something else in the room and was very happy to discover that the color online matched the actual product. Love the material. Delivery was as advertised. Even came earlier than expected.

Quality of fabric, customer service, and very quick shipment are the reasons for my high level of satisfaction. First purchase with KOVI and I will be back! Highly recommend to all.
