We ordered the White Ceramic dining wear set for 6 and are fully over the moon with the quality and service of the product. Daniela’s customer service was outstanding and was always on hand for any queries or updates!
I ordered a serving tray from Koti London, and although the first one arrived broken, they quickly sent a replacement without any hassle. The new tray arrived in perfect condition and is absolutely beautiful! I’m impressed by both the product quality and the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
