Poor and deteriorating broadband speed.
We signed up for this after being promised superfast reliable broadband. Total rubbish. It was ok when it first installed, but went off over the next few weeks. It now frequently slows to a snail's pace and then drops out completely for prolonged periods. All the suggested fixes have no effect. Streaming TV etc is unwatchable. Business use is impossible and even embarrassing.
Do not believe the sales pitch.

The Customer Services representative (Sandra) was very patient and helpful.
I was rather dismayed when I first called and she was able to walk through the troubleshooting steps to demonstrate the issue was not with the system itself, more the dish was no longer in alignment. A very knowledgeable and calming influence.

Help with an issue on my account.
I had an issue with my account and customer service were very helpful when I contacted them. They gave me a quick and clear solution to my problem and i got through to customer service straight away with no waiting time. Staff were helpful and friendly.

No contact!
My computer wasn't working and I had called in a friend who is a microsoft engineer. He had tried everything but realised he modem was not working. I phoned Konnect and I was told it was because the bill had not been paid. I was horrified but the excellent person Arlindo connected us again and we were able to continue. He also told us that there was work to be done to my dish so I am looking forward to that being done. Thank-you Konnect.

The customer service assistant was very helpful
The customer service assistant did everything to help correct the technical error being experienced in relation to the requested upgrade. Provided upgrade free of charge for remaining days between now and the date when upgrade will be attempted again. Called back to check if portal showing short term allowance. Has scheduled a second call on the next reset due date.
