Return problems

Inability to read my instructions on the return label. However following that could not fault the rapid replies to my queries and the way things were handled.

Personal attention in customer care

There was a bit of a hiccup at the start as I did have the wrong item sent to me initially, but a quick email to Komodo put that right immediately. The person who answered was extremely apologetic and polite and the correct item arrived the next day.
I think knowing that you are being dealt with personally makes all the difference when ordering online. Oh, and the trousers are fab!!

Problems with shipment

I bought two items in store. Then waited two weeks without any notice for shipment. After two mails sent, I received the answer that one item was no longer in store. Then, I had to wait ten more days for the other item to arrive. I love the clothes of Komodo, because of the fitting and the fabric. But I'm not sure if I will order again because of the trouble with shipment.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the lack of communication and delay on this occassion. We're a very small team and were short of staff during summer as people took holidays. This is not an excuse for the poor servie you received - just an explaination.

Long-standing customer of Komodo

I have been a customer of Komodo for over 6 years. Love the quality of their clothes - the fabric, colours and design. I’ve always had a positive experience so I feel confident shopping with Komodo. Delivery is always good, any return has been processed in good time and I have lots of their clothes in my wardrobe now! Highly recommend.

Superb quality clothes; superb quality service

Ordered the gorgeous Anya jumper in Ultra Violet - looks so weird and boxy off, but looks fabulous on! Drapes beautifully, the wool is so ridiculously soft and the colour fabulous. Originally the lighter lilac came in error, which was also gorgeous, but I wanted the ultra violet. Customer service was SUPERB and it was all resolved without any cost to me, swiftly and without question. I've bought socks previously and they were also top quality and still wearing well after several years. Highly recommended.

Great quality, eco credentials

I absolutely love my Komodo purchases - gorgeous quality, completely my style and I love their eco credentials. I try to only buy second hand so buying from Komodo is a real treat - and it certainly feels like it. Also, I've had to exchange an item recently and the customer service has been fantastic! Thank you Mimi!

I have received the worst customer…

I have received the worst customer service, they have only replied to me once in like 9 months, I never received my package they apologized and I never received a refund for my money.

I emailed to correct the 10% code but there was no response at all from the company. Poor communication.
