I’ve owned a few pairs of the Koio…
I’ve owned a few pairs of the Koio Capri white sneaker, and I must say the quality of the shoe has declined significantly over the last 3 years or so. Even with some leather care, the quality of the leather is abysmal - it simply doesn’t last longer than a few months. I don’t think this “middle market” leather sneaker is worth it - go for a cheaper shoe at ~$150 or a more expensive shoe at ~$450 and hope for better quality. At this price point, you are spending extra money for no reason.

Every pair of Capris is still handcrafted in our family-owned Tuscan factory using the same premium Italian leather and time-honored techniques we've refined since 2015. Our craftsmen—who also create footwear for luxury houses like Gucci—take pride in creating sneakers built to last for years, not months.

Stellar craftsmanship
Product, the Capri, is a beautiful shoe. Wonderful craftsmanship. You can feel the quality of the leather and tell that these are handmade. I loved them so much I purchased a second pair in a different color. Sizing, I am a 9.5 in Cole Haan sneakers and I ordered a 9 in the Koio. They fit well—not too roomy and my toes do not touch the end of the shoe.
Customer service was very quick and responsive.
