The Knock bridge loan process was straight forward and efficient. Dustin Davis and Garett Boham were excellent to work with.

Agents were very knowledgeable and good at explaining in "laymen" terms

Too much paper work. Justin Kaufman was very helpful but we were just frustrated with the amount of stuff they kept sending us. It's a great concept for those whose homes did not sell especially in these times.

I was contacted and corresponded with several different people regarding the loan. Often times it was like the person I was currently dealing with, had no knowledge of the other people I had already resolved the issue with. I felt the communication through the whole process was very poor. Also, any time I had a question, I had to make multiple attempts and leave multiple messages for my loan officer. I would not recommend your company to anyone. It was a very frustrating experience.

I’ve already answered this in great detail. Working with your people has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I was treated as though I worked for you, and was not doing a very good job at that. I resent having tasks set for me on a dashboard. I resent the veiled threats for my “non-compliance,” which only indicated that I did not know what was expected of me or to whom I needed to report. As I do not work for you, I am unfamiliar with your hierarchy and terminology. I could have found a better work-around, but no one suggested that I had any choice. I had a few other options, did not even need to take out this loan. Instead, I paid a large fee to pawn my house pending closing on that house. I suggested to my realtor that she avoid working with you in the future.

The team at knock was especially helpful in guiding me through the process of getting a “Bridge loan”. No surprises and always on the ball in ensuring that all the documents were in order. Getting a loan is a painful process but Justin and his team will guide you through it.

Too many people asking for information. When I was questioned about my flood insurance I suggested they call the insurance broker I used to get it and even provided the phone number. In a couple of days someone called in a panic and said they couldn't get the flood insurance information. I asked if they called my insurance broker and they didn't know the answer but wanted me to solve the problem. I called the insurance broker and had the information immediately. When I asked the broker's office if someone from Knock had called to get this information they said no. This delayed my closing unnecessarily. I had to spend way too much time gathering information daily. Ask for what you need up front and let me deal with one person, not different members of a team.

Knock was an important link to our home ownership. It was a clear, logical and responsible choice for us. The process was straightforward and appropriately easy to initiate, manage and finally, to complete and pay-off. This was not a scam product, but a fiscally responsible solution for our transaction.

The Bridge Loan was approved so quickly, which was used for the down payment on our new house in order for us to purchase the new house right away. Otherwise, we would have had to attempt to buy our new house on the contingency that we could sell our old house, and a lot of sellers don't want to deal with contingency loans.

Every step of the process was smooth and easy. The information and communication was excellent every step of the way. The ability to use KNOCK as a bridge loan allowed us to sanely lock in a new house purchase and then to get the old house sold, all sensible and worry free.

The Knock process was easy, quick and the communication and service was great! The process was seemless beginning to end. We had our approval and made an offer that was accepted quickly. I am so grateful there is a loan option like Knock to be a solution for busy people to buy and sell a home with less stress. Once we werer fully moved out of our old house and showings could happen any time with an immaculate house, we were under contract within a few weeks. Next time we want to buy a new home, Knock will be the first thing we do so we don't have to deal with the stress of multiple showings while still living in our home with kids and pets.

The Knock program is a gamechanger in an ever changing real estate market. Their seamless process allowed our Client to purchase a home that would never have allowed a contingency contract.
