Complete waste of time. Every single lead I received was someone wanting a cash offer. The few that actually answered their phone were already upset because Homelight gave them a terrible cash offer. So then when someone doesn't essentially give away their property to Homelight, Homelight then sends you the upset lead for 33% of your commission. Terrible system all together.
The reviews here are accurate. Do not give your contact details to Homelight, very shady company. You will be bombarded with realtor calls.

We had a death in the family. I contacted them & explained that I am looking into selling our parents' home, and I will be relaying information to the rest of the family, to help save time. The non-compassionate speaking guy who answered my call was only willing to speak to someone else in my family about this, even though I made it clear that I am looking into this for us.
I hung up on him before I started cursing at him. Now, I am angry and will be looking into another company for help.
What do I think about this company? They suck!

I wish I could leave a zero star review. Maybe they are good at whatever it is they do, but as far as customer service, they are horrible!
This is a sleazy data gathering operation to generate telemarketing lists for real estate agents. They promise a free online property valuation report, collect your personal information, sell the information to real estate agents to start bombarding you with phone calls to list your property, and never provide you with the promised property valuation report.
