On June 19/2023 part ordered but not recieved.
On June 19/2023 I ordered a Remote for the KC-KAC410 and paid at the counter. I was told prior to placing my order that the remote was in stock. I waited a month then called the store around July 19th and was told that it was ordered and they would call when it gets in. On Aug 15th I called the store and was told that they are in stock in Quebec but would not order it until more were needed. I said so until more people need this remote they would not ship it and was told that is correct. So KMS is happy to sit on my payment until god only knows and feel that is acceptable customer service. If this is their policy they should let the customer know that it could be months before they get it, if at all.

Hello John
I'm sorry we were not able to fill your order in reasonable time frame, normally our backorders arrive within the original set lead time. Our Supplier promised us these Trimmers in June which is why we put the promotion in our Flyer. Unfortunately they've been delayed past our original expectations.
I do have confirmation that our shipments will be arriving within the next two weeks so we can start filling customer orders. I have sent you a message via Trustpilot and if you could provide us with a bit more information about your order we can see what else we can do for you.
