Best place to found higher end and high quality tools and equipment
Very high-quality tools and Very helpful and friendly staff particularly Kayla M who is one of those wonderful staff who works at Abbotsford location. Other retailers should learn from KMS Tools. It is gold standard retailer in my opinion. I always shop my tools from KMS Tools, here you can find Very expensive tools that are great quality and value for their high price as well as find some what less expensive but still work able and useful for their value. Highly recommend it.

Poor comunication
I have been waiting for a guard for my joiner since March. Been promised delivery several times,told it was ready for pick up and upon arriving at store discovering it isn't in yet. It is a bit of a drive for us coming from Maple Ridge so this is getting very frustrating. It would have been a nice gesture to at least offer me a discount on my next purchase, but nothing? Still getting absolutely terrible comunication from the Abbotsford store. Still waiting as of Aug 16th?

Sold an incorrect part for my plasma cutter
Bought a part for my plasma cutter. Salesperson told me Miller products weren't very good and KMS would be phasing out supplies for them. I told him the model of my unit and he sold me a drag cup that turned out to be incorrect, it would not fit my older Miller plasma handle. Wasted my time and I had to drive back to return the part. Sounds like you don't want me to come to KMS for Miller welding parts and supplies anymore. Fine by me.
