KMS Tools & Equipment - Abbotsford Recensioni

You always have what I’m looking for and at a good price. Also there is always lots of helpful staff to help find stuff etc. I also regularly attend the Car Meet on Friday nights.

Every time I go into KMS, it’s there! The staff are so pleasant to talk to as well

Any time I've gone to KMS Tools, for a tool or supplies I have always found staff available and more than willing to assist me in pinpointing what would be best for my needs and are happy to give me the benefit of their experience on any project advice I need.

Floor staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!

The extra effort made by a staff member to help me in the return of a defective product, to determine that even if I got a new one to replace the defective unit, I would end up with the same problems.

Very good and professional service.

Very high-quality tools and Very helpful and friendly staff particularly Kayla M who is one of those wonderful staff who works at Abbotsford location. Other retailers should learn from KMS Tools. It is gold standard retailer in my opinion. I always shop my tools from KMS Tools, here you can find Very expensive tools that are great quality and value for their high price as well as find some what less expensive but still work able and useful for their value. Highly recommend it.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

There are people there that can answer my questions

Great customer service, helpful and friendly staff, great prices!!

Item was shipped in a timely fashion with no charge.

Helpful staff and generally good selection of tools available.

Great store, well organized and excellent staff.

Exactly what I ordered and delivered when it was stated.

Great staff, and the only place in ton for a lot of hard to find tools.

I have been waiting for a guard for my joiner since March. Been promised delivery several times, told it was ready for pick up and upon arriving at store discovering it isn't in yet. It is a bit of a drive for us coming from Maple Ridge so this is getting very frustrating. It would have been a nice gesture to at least offer me a discount on my next purchase, but nothing? Still getting absolutely terrible comunication from the Abbotsford store. Still waiting as of Aug 16th?

Everyone from start to finish was awesome. Brett is extremely knowledgeable very helpful and had my product out the door the same day.

On entering store sale person found item I came for plus more.
Hard to find knowledgeable people theses days
Thanks
