I had a really disappointing and frustrating experience with Klashed Aestheticians. I booked and paid in advance for Botox, and while the injector messaged me on the day to come at a different time due to running late (which I was flexible about, despite having to move around work commitments), that wasn’t even the real issue.

What’s been unacceptable is the complete lack of aftercare. When you get Botox, it’s standard practice to go back after two weeks for a top-up. At my initial appointment, I was told to contact the injector in two weeks to arrange that. I did exactly that – only to find out that he had left, and apparently he was the only person working there. No one else could do the top-up.

Since then, I’ve tried repeatedly to get in touch via the contact details on their website and through messages, and I’ve been completely ignored. Nobody has responded to me at all, and I never got the top-up I paid for. Yet their booking system is still live and taking new appointments as if everything’s fine – which it’s clearly not.

To make matters worse, the Botox hasn’t even fully worked – only half my forehead has taken, so I’m left with uneven results and no way to fix it. I was looking forward to feeling fresh and confident for a wedding, and instead it’s been a total waste of time, money, and energy.

It’s incredibly unprofessional to run a service this way. I’ve never had this kind of experience anywhere else. I would never recommend Klashed Aestheticians – if you want proper treatment, reliable aftercare, and a professional service, go elsewhere.

I would like to leave a review about my terrible experience at the Klashed clinic with aesthetic Doctor Iryna. I came to her on May 10 to have my lips and chin done. I gave her all the information about the fillers I had a year ago and showed her a photo of the result I would like. She assured me that she will do everything the best. She did my lips, chin and injected botox in the lower third so that the fillers wouldn’t migrate. I paid £485 for these services. 10 days after the injections, the upper lip was terribly crooked, Iryna blamed the previous cosmetologist and dissolved the upper lip twice.
On June 21 I said that I do not want the big upper lip and she filled my upper lip with 0.4 ml of Saypha filler, she again charged me £160 for the filler. On July 3, I came for an appointment in doubt about the aesthetics of the result. My upper lip already looked worse than before I came to the clinic first. When I smiled, pieces of filler were visible from under my upper lip, it looked like 2 sausages. I told that it seems to me that the filler is on the mucous membrane of the lip, but she assured me that it is swelling. She assured that the lips look good and everything is fine. I let her to inject one drop into the upper lip, just to correct the asymmetry only if it is possible. I said I didn’t want much in the upper lip and would throw out the leftover filler. But she did not listen to me and injected another 0.3 ml in the middle of the upper lip. After that the lip looked very ugly and uneven. Also, all this time the upper lip was very sore in the middle and everywhere under the lip. The filler sausages from below the lip caught on the glass and spoon. The lower lip is very much turned outward and it is uncomfortable to speak. The mouth does not open wide, it is hurt to smile. Also, the upper lip looks very unaesthetic and ugly, sticking out in the middle like a beak. My diction is broken, I began to lisp. The chin hurt on the side and was pressing in the front, at first I thought it was the botox that made it difficult to speak, but then the botox came out and it became even more painful, uncomfortable and the chin became very crooked. Cosmetologist Iryna refused to see me again so I had consultations with 2 other cosmetologists. The first time after 2 weeks, the second after 2 months, after the last treatment in the clinic. Both of them said that the lips were made very badly, with a violation of all technologies, the upper lip is very full, it is impossible to put 0.7 ml of a thick filler in a naturally thin lip in such a short period of time, also Iryna put the filler into the mucous membrane of the upper lip, I can feel it in lumps under the lip with my tongue, it hurts me and it is difficult to speak, and the filler is also in the mucous membrane of the lower lip. Lips cannot be fixed, only dissolved, they are absolutely not aesthetic and hurt.
On the side of the chin, where she used a cannula 2 times for some reason and made a bruise, there is now severe fibrosis.
When Iryna made my lips crookedly the first time, she blamed the previous injector. When she horribly made my upper lip the second time, she blamed my lips, the bite, and then said that the lips are good, and that I am not a happy person. Another cosmetologist, to whom I went after I was refused to be seen in the clinic, said that she had never ever seen such poorly done lips. Now I have to use hyaluronidase again after the treatment in Klashed clinic. Cosmetologist Iryna refused to see me again, refused to return my money for poorly services and then she stopped responding to me. Terrible service, terrible customer treatment. It does not deserve even one star. I wish I never come to that place.
