Great website very user friendly great product shops fast works as it was intended

The delivery is a bit slow it would have been 5 star if not for that

This company advertises an Italian Cashmere Sweater (Quarter-Zip) for just under $50. The sweater has NEVER arrived. I have asked for a refund which I have never gotten. This is a scam/fake business and should be taken off the internet for good.

Kiyomi by Gigi / Kiyomi USA does not stand by the shipping policy on their website. I placed an order for a backpack on Monday March 10, 2025. By Friday March 14, I noticed that I haven't received a shipping update so I reached out via their support email on the order confirmation. On Saturday March 15, I received a response from Jessica assuring me that the item left the warehouse and is awaiting the tracking number which will be updated in the system within 24 hrs by Monday March 17th. In the meantime I downloaded the Shop app as the order confirmation indicated I can use it to track the order. However, no updates were received as promised. On Wednesday March 19, I reach out again. I didn't get a response until Saturday March 22, which Jessica once again said it was processed in the warehouse and shipped out...Keep an eye on tracking as it should update soon. At that point it's been 10 business days. Their shipping policy states orders are processed within 1-2 business days (possibly 3 during peak times) and once dispatched delivery usually takes 3-7 working days...will receive notification with tracking when shipped...making total estimated delivery 5-9 days. Clearly this has not been the case with my order. Once again I replied on the same day (March 22), advising she provided that same answer the week before and there's still been no updates. I inquired: why is it taking so long; where is it shipping from; why is she unable to provide the tracking if she sees it's been shipped; and does the product or package even exist? It's now Friday March 28 (as I'm writing this review), I have yet to receive a response and of course there's still no updates on their site (which still says "We received your order") or on the Shop app (which still says "Preparing shipment").

Now, the backpack is no longer showing up on the site all of a sudden. At this point, I'm beginning to think this business is a scam and took my money for a product they don't have or sell and had no intentions on shipping out anything. This is extremely unprofessional and an absolute shame, as I usually don't purchase from random stores I've never heard of but this one seemed legit based on the website and items showcased. Lesson learned.

I am very disappointed in the quality of Kiyomi’s products. I bought the gold Italian horn necklace and it arrived a couple days ago… so far with only 4 days of wearing it, the chain has turned brown and half the paint has come off the pendant (revealing that it is made out of a pink clay)…

I would actually give this company 0 stars if I could. I ordered a men's Italian horn pendent in early September and it was supposed to arrive on September 7. When my order did not arrive, I reached out to customer service via email and was told the order had been released to the local carrier. I went to the post office with the tracking number given to me by Kiyomi and was told by them that the tracking number was not valid. I reached out to Kiyomi's customer service via phone and email numerous times explaining the situation and never got a response. My card was charged on September 2, 2024, the date of purchase. As a side note, I ordered the pendent in gold and the order they supposedly sent was gold. I will never order from this company again and would highly discourage others from doing so.

I bought a necklace from Kiyomi for my husband, and he absolutely loved it! The quality is exceptional, and the craftsmanship is stunning. It was exactly what I was looking for and even more beautiful in person. The whole shopping experience was smooth, and the necklace arrived on time and in perfect condition. My husband hasn’t stopped wearing it since. Highly recommend Kiyomi for anyone looking for a special, high-quality piece of jewelry.
