I purchased spilled wool sheepskin boots, were unfortunately not as described in the web listing, the fleece was sparse, the boots came up too large although marked as the correct size and the stitching cut across the spilled wool section on the outside of the boot which was very visible and unattractive.
I had to pay the return postage costs for faulty item and i had to chase response from the company, including to let them know the boots had arrived at their local collection point although as a precaution I had paid for International tracked and signed for and advised them in advance.
They don't pay return postage even if item faulty.
They had offered discount to keep them but the boots were too large fitting or replacement but I decided to go big brand, I'd probably have had to pay postage of the return and the replacement.
In the event I purchased branded sheepskin boots as price almost the same.
The 4 and 5star reviews on their website are linked to them. Just tried writing a review on the boots but would not let me submit, maybe because it was 2stars.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Just received my two pairs of Size S merino/possum fingerless gloves, and the wrists are way too big! I had previously purchased a pair during my trip to NZ this past April, which fit perfectly. The wrist band is at least an inch smaller, so they’re nice and snug around my wrists. Hard to stay warm with the huge gap!☹️

My recent six month old slippers appeared to be wearing prematurely so I wrote to the company to see what they thought. They immediately sent me a new pair with no hassles. They stand 100% by their products. Looking forward to future purchases.

I initially bought a sheepskin cover for my bike seat. It is perfect and arrived on time. It came with a free Lanolux body lotion. I loved the lotion so much, I've bought 2 more. Thankyou for such great products.

Ease of shopping and fast shipping, great price

I'm a repeat customer of Kiwi Sheepskins. For... ten years? They've gone through one or two website changes/updates since I've purchased from them, but that has never altered the quality of their shoes. Living in the United States, from order to delivery, my average is three weeks. LOVE these shoes! I have purchased a pair nearly every Christmas: for me (twice, different styles), my ailing father, my adult sons (twice, as both of their dogs ate their shoes), my daughter-in-law, and for 2023, my grandson. Except that he went through a growth spurt that enabled his twin sister to receive his shoes, and I'm purchasing a larger size for him now. Side note: my husband just isn't into the sheepskin boots like the rest of the family, and I've asked if he wants a pair. He isn't being ignored, just not his style. I can't rave enough about Kiwi Sheepskins! These are SO comfortable! SO warm! A quick jaunt out to the mailbox or to sit on the patio, just slide these on and go. HIGHLY recommend!

This medical grade sheepskin was for my mother. It took awhile to get it to her and then I wanted her to use it for a time before I asked her how it was working out for her. She was complaining about sores from laying in her bed and at dialysis. I remembered that hospitals used to use sheepskins to take the pressure off certain parts of the body that are prone to bedsores. So I decided to order her one. When I received it, I was very happy with the quality. I gave it to her and she loves it. Also a plus, the quality is so high that it can be machine washed with the right type of detergent!
