Placed an order at the start of the week, anticipated quick dispatch based on items in stock, by Thursday it hadn't left so a call to the customer service team established one item out of 5 wasn't in stock and so the entire order was waiting for that. I asked that that item be removed, and thereafter the remainder were dispatched the same day and refund was processed within couple of hours. Emma on the customer service team is a total star, excellent service that one cannot fault, but what I will critique is that all items showed as in stock (or not out of it at least) and then say, if an item is out of stock why not email the customer or call and say, do you want it when it comes in or some other thing like removing it. I appreciate they may be busy but a process that links stock management to eCommerce isn't hard and it isn't exactly an innovation but it is something too many kiwi businesses seem to be bad at doing (looking at you Farmers, or Ballantynes Dept Store in CHC).... Otherwise though, the good service Emma provided is a better lasting impression than a business failure to join some dots. Thanks Emma, you're awesome.

Ordered a product on line, they took 3 days to advise they don’t have stock,very poor service and inventory system won’t be purchasing from them again

Ordered a med for thrush that I take once every year although usually from chemist warehouse or my doctor. paid for item etc. Nothing on website that it would be an issue
Got a call and after mucking around for nearly 10 minutes told me he wouldnt fill order because I am one year older than he likes, my birthday was 9 days ago lol. Pity Chemist warehouse is out of stock, would have saved me the time and being without my money.

I needed some information on a particular product at your TowerJunction branch.A young girl helped me, I think ner name was Wii.
She was stiocking some shelves and stopped and was ready to help.
She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

The customer service is not helpful. I made a purchase on Easter Saturday early morning, then decided to cancel it. Following the instruction on their website, I sent a cancelling email to their customer care team, cc-ed to the order team as well, under 2 hours after the purchase was made. The reply I got back was 3 days afterwards after public holiday finished, saying that the order has been despatched and all I can do is return them if I want a refund. Beware of this merchant. They just want your money without caring what they say on their website.

Although I had contacted bargain chemist within the time frame for a repeat of pain medication they never supplied it. The response was sorry we cant do anything because it was out of time frame now. What they could do is pay the script fee as this was their error. A case of sorry not sorry.They also despensed a medication with incorrect instructions, which I rechecked on Myindicie to ensure I took the correct dose which is more concerning. Unsafe practice. Good thing the chemist warehouse is across the car park in Northwood christchurch

Bonus box sux full of a lot of cheap crap stuff you wouldnt use most of it like the stuff you wouldnt buy and not worth over $200 value like they stated online. Be worth like $20, feels like a prank to get you to run out and spend over $99. Bargain chemist sucks you in.
