NEVER PURCHASED! READ PREVIOUS CUSTOMER REVIEWS! INSTANTLY PERSUADED ME NOT, NOT, NOT TO PURCHASE FROM KIWI MADE!

Yet another Asian seller claiming to be shutting down in Auckland and offering huge stock close down sale discounts. They are not based in New Zealand and using misleading sales tactics and false claims about why they are closing down.
My own fault for not doing a better deep dive. The goods arrive nothing like advertised and the leather coat and woollen coats I purchased for Windy Wellington were all polyester and god awful and ugly.
When I complained and requested a full refund they said no they we can only offer 5%. After threatening them with CC they offered 40% then nothing. Low lives I hope they get hit but a fast moving locomotive or fall from a great height.
Lesson, Buy local in the city I live in, IN STORE!
If I had an address I would love to visit their sweat shop!!

SCAM. Not a legit company. The website link in the order confirmation no longer exists and it’s been over a month, no product has arrived and no reply to email enquiries.

It appears to be a total SCAM!!! We purchased jackets on 8 August and have yet to receive them (today is 5 September) We have tried to contact them but it’s radio silence all-round!!! PLEASE BE AWARE OF KIWI MADE AND AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

This company is a scam, down right dirty buggers with no morals. Stay 100% well away. Even the FedEx Tracking No was false.

I fell for it. wanted a nice warm Jacket for my son and I. Saw the pictures and i thought it looked legit. sent me a bogus tracking number then as I started to look properly realized I had been scammed.

Should have done more due diligence before purchasing. Received order confirmation and tracking number, but nothing has actually been shipped in over 3 weeks. Am going through the charge back team at my bank and I suggest you do the same if you have purchased.

I bought a men's knit jersey from Kiwi-Made. It finally arrived, and it was not knit at all. it was material, with a print on it of a knit jrsey. it looked like an ugly pyjama top! it had no stretch and even if it did, no one with any taste would wear it. I was totally scammed. Their website says to contact them for details on how to get a rfund, which I have but no response. I was totally scammed

The Kiwi-made website is a spam website . The email is false and there is no contact phone number .
Beware of kiwi-made .

Scam. They don't reply to emails. They send fake FedEx shipping details, as confirmed with my local FedEx office today. Beware. Don't be scammed by this fraudulent trader.

Total Scam, I have been waiting 43 days obviously this Company doesn’t exist. I sent emails trying to get some information each time the reply was goods in Transit Beware do not purchase from these Scammers

Wish I had looked at reviews first! I ordered a jacket over a month ago and nothing has arrived so far. The tracking number links to the Kiwi-Made website where the status hasn’t changed since I was sent the tracking number. Googling the tracking number didn’t yield any results. I found out since that items are shipped out of China. I doubt I will get my jacket.

These people are scammers. Avoid at all costs. Their pictures are beautiful and the storefront looks like a classy Auckland store but its all fake. I ordered a men's jumper. When I enquired and told them it was for my husband's birthday I got a really nice reply about how they would do their best to get it to me on time. Of course, nothing arrived and now they don't answer the emails.

LIARS and SCAMMERS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I am embarrassed to say how much I spent on their site for myself and my wife.
They're tracking number is "package information received" and nothing else happens.
they do not respond to any emails.
If I ever get anything no doubt it will be poorly made junk that will not fit.

**Update as at 8th October ANZ got my money back.
Thank you ANZ, very helpful and understanding.

Precedents have been set with ASB and ANZ now so everyone should be able to get their money back if you act quickly.
