Your Loss There Is Nothing We Can Do
My son Courtland Filed a loss with Kith on 9/29 due to a supposed FedEx delivery of his package that contained a pair of shoes on a Sunday which is debatable the picture is very blurry. They waited a whole day investigating came back and said your loss there is nothing we can do for you because FedEx said it was delivered. The worst Customer Service Ever (Since I can’t upload pictures check out this FedEx tracking and tell me the picture is not sketch 😠 (9632080400722919734700279878239129)

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, they do not ship out your orders for months, but take your money. They also do not answer in a timely manner to issues. For a website carrying lixury expensive they have to do better. Learn from other high end stores customer service and common courtesy shipping.

Les photos sont tres bien faites, mais une fois le produit porte sur soi, il a l'air completement different. Et les retours sont payants. Je ne recommanderai jamais sur ce site malheureusement.
J'ai donc perdu 20 euros.

Representatives were very understanding and helpful. Offering me options for my return that best suited me. Also thorough with responses, which I appreciated.
Received the wrong item!
Sent the wrong item, I am a size M and they sent a totally different item and size XXL! Customer service is robotic and really unhelpful. They will not send a replacement but ask that you return the wrong item for a refund... I live in the UK and this item comes from the US so that will take a while to return and be refunded. Not a good experience and for the price you pay, you can get better service elsewhere.
Rubbish website
Rubbish website. Went to get some shoes. Shoes wouldn’t load, website crashes, shoes sold out. Waste of time

*Updated* this rating has been improved to 3 stars since another member of the support team improved the offer to keep the shoes and provided a more meaningful apology. The 3 stars will remain to reflect the QC issues and my initial dealings with customer support.
Original review:
Ordered a pair of the 8th Street Gazelles. Following a 6 Month wait (this was fine and fully explained as a 'made to order' item) they arrived with a small tear on the suede.
Customer services provided two options:
A) A 10Euro gift card - the trainers cost >200...
B) Return and refund - no replacement possible despite a 6month wait...
Neither of these options appeal and are frankly poor from any genuine retailer.

When "your" money becomes "theirs" [FOREVER]
I recently had a disappointing experience with KITH's refund policy. I purchased an item that didn't fit, and despite not being able to wear them, I was unable to get a refund. KITH's policy doesn't offer refunds under any circumstances and they aren't obligated to provide a reason. It's simply "company policy," which leads to an inferior customer experience.
Customers can't try on clothes to ensure a proper fit when shopping online. This issue is especially concerning for items that are ONLY available online. Most retailers understand this and offer full refunds to accommodate their customers. So why does KITH insist on keeping the funds? This policy, which is not fair or reasonable, is simply unjustified.
On the note of "customer service"... They have an automated chatbot and an email service that only responds around 4AM. I suspect that KITH is farming out their customer service to another company outside of the US.
Inventory system fails all the time
Inventory system fails all the time. Leads to have orders refunded. Was never able to buy.
