Shipping and return costs are astronomical

I ordered a jumper and couldn't believe it was £8.50 postage. Surely for that much there are free returns right? Wrong. I didn't like the jumper when it arrived so I decided to send it back and I was shocked that it cost another £8.50. Thats a combined £17 in postage and return costs which is unacceptable for a brand demanding the sorts of prices Kith are charging for clothing.

Products are made in China

Products are made in China! The deliver date was Okay but the quality of the clothes is 3/10. I was expecting more from Kith. T-Shirt is destroyed after one was and jacket for 360Euro was delivered damaged. They should refund but i didnt recieve anything after 5 days after they said they refunded. I was expecting more when this brand is USA from NYC. Its more like shein than Supereme etc....

Ce site est une honte!

Ce site est une honte!

Ma femme passe commande sur votre site , sélectionne l’article et paye.

Pourtant nous sommes résidant en France donc en Europe.

Par mégarde le serveur a sélectionné .com au lieu de Europe ( faut il aussi faire la différence puisque le site ne propose pas de traduction en français dans tous les cas )

L’adresse de livraison est bien renseignée , toujours en France , et votre website nest pas capable grâce à un l'algorithme de localisation de concevoir que nous sommes en Eu et que nous devons payer le tarif Eu.

Dans ce cas de figure la paire de adidas Gazelle passe de 150€ à 195€ + 14€ de frais de ports … soit 209€ au total au lieux de 160€.

Nous vous avons envoyés un e-mail dans les 10 minutes qui ont suivis la commande et la seule réponse apportée c’est que vous ne pouvez pas modifier l’ordre de commande et le transférer sur votre site Europe de une fois que cela est passé.

Ce processus résulte de lescroquerie !

Ce n’est pas pour la somme mais bien pour le lamentable service client qui est proposé !

J’étais déjà client chez vous mais je peux vous assurer que je ne commanderai jamais plus rien sur votre site internet et que je saurai vous faire de la publicité.

En espérant que ce message permettra de faire activer votre sens du commerce et de la satisfaction client.

J'ai participé à une raffle

J'ai participé à une raffle, j'ai perdu et ils m'ont prélevé 160 euros. L'horreur ce site je ne le recommande à personne. Fuyez et vite.... maintenant le service client ne me répond pas. Je n'ai plus qu'à porté plainte contre Kith europe

Bonjour, je tenais à vous dire que je suis extrêmement déçu de votre website et de l’aide apporter par le costumer service. J’ai fait un mauvais achat que je voulais immédiatement échangé et leur procès est d’abord de recevoir le colis puis de le renvoyer pour ensuite échanger .

C’est absolument ridicule sans parler de l’emprunte carbone que cela génère

Du temps perdu

Et de la déception du client

Par ailleurs juste avant cet achat j’ai acheté une autre pièce qui finalement était en rupture de stock chez vous, le service client n’a pas hésité à annulé la vente sans prévenir

Vous avez le droit de faire des erreur, mais pas le client

Intéressant comme politique ;)

Very accomodating!

I am grateful that the Kith Customer Service team was able to resolve my issue and give me the opportunity to acquire Kith product in my correct size. I ordered an item during Early Access in my incorrect size and they assisted with a one-time cancellation. I was able to buy the item in my correct size during the general release. The Kith CS team (in this case, Emily) replied to my request in a prompt manner, and followed up with me to make sure that everything went smoothly. I will continue to support the brand and I'm thankful for the resolution!

emballage pourris

Commande d'une veste à 295 euros, 10 euros de frais port, déjà c'est abusé mais bon c'est pas le pire. La veste est arrivé en BOULE dans une poche plastique sans inscription dessus, pas propre et non fermé qui semblait avoir été réutilisé. Il faudrait justifier ces frais de livraisons... et pour des articles à ce prix là je trouve que c'est une honte d'envoyer les produits comme ça! Il y a des marques bien moins cher qui s'appliquent beaucoup plus, même 90% des colis vinted sont mieux. Je mets 2 étoiles car l'article est conforme bien qu'arrivé froissé.

Devant l'impossibilité de me connecter à mon compte, je demande à un conseiller si je peux retourner un des articles de ma commande. Celui-ci m'envoie une etiquette de retour sans m'indiquer que le retour entrainera une retenue de 10 euros sur le montant de mon remboursement.
L'article renvoyé est à 28 euros. Cela fait cher le retour....

Pour le moment ça ne mérite pas mieux

Pour le moment ça ne mérite pas mieux. Commande de 119€ passer le 4/10 nous somme aujourd’hui le 14/10 le mail de leur part que j’ai reçu étais le mail disant que ma commande a bien été passer depuis je n’ai absolument aucune nouvelle + le site ne s’ouvre plus. J’ai essayé d’envoyer un mail à l’adresse du premier mail, il n’a pas été délivré car le mail n’existe pas

Lost order and warehouse does not care

I ordered a shirt from a restock Kith had from one of their seasons. A tracking number was linked to my order the next day. I waited for an update on the order but there was none. I emailed customer service asking why the item has not moved in the past few days. They replied saying they were waiting to hear back from the warehouse. I waited and let several days pass. I then decided to email Kith about the order again and received no reply. Then finally over a week later customer service sends me an email with a new tracking number stating that my order was delivered. Their warehouse did not ship my order properly and failed provide the correct tracking information. The customer service then says Kith is not responsible for orders once the tracking number says it was delivered. In this situation Kith should be responsible for the lost item. How can the customer anticipate when the package will arrive without the correct tracking information? I’ve supported Kith for years when I was in NYC and still supported them when I moved. This is a horrible way to treat loyal customers.

The item I won a draw on in August was not what I received in October. I was informed at the end of September that I wouldn’t receive the item I won and wanted. But was given a choice to receive another one at half off. Something is better than nothing.

A+ customer service

Alex who I spoke to was always quick to respond and kept in constant contact. My original order was not able to be filled so they provided me a more than acceptable deal! Alex was great and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! Not only did they remedy my situation my order came in way faster than expected!
