I have had exactly the same experience as another customer- wrong shirts sent, offered me a small discount on PAYING AGAIN for the ones l originally ordered???? , why should l pay again when it’s their mistake-incredulous- not sure what to do now, l don’t want the shirts I have been sent also l don’t want to pay twice for my original order. I think l am a no win situation- albeit a very expensive one . Do not order from this company they are totally unethical & reading the other reviews ( which l should have done before ordering) making extortionate profits from lots of very dissatisfied “customers “

So I ordered and paid for the new Newcastle away shirt. They sent me an incorrect shirt. I contacted them and they asked for photos. I sent the photos and received an email saying they could see the incorrect item was sent and the accepted responsibility for the error. I thought they would send the correct item. I was wrong. They said keep the incorrect item but they would give me 20% off the cost of a replacement. I obviously refused so they offered me 40%. Again I said no so it went up to 60% but I needed to pay the postage to return the incorrect item. I have emailed a few times since and am now getting ignored. I will be contacting my bank to see if they can start the process of getting my money back. Very disappointing customer service.
Be very careful when ordering anything from this company.

This is a scam. Ordered a shirt and after 4 weeks the wrong shirt arrived. Tried to contact to return no response to email and telephone number on website is not valid. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered a Leeds Utd top on the 22/6/26 and it has not arrived , now they won’t even reply to my emails , I have asked for a refund many times just to be ignored. All I can say is DO NOT ORDER A TOP FROM KITALLEY I CAN ASSURE YOU IT WILL NOT ARRIVE. these people are scammers they will take your money and give you nothing .

This company is absolutely a scam. If you follow one review in your life please follow this one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will get your order completely wrong, only offer a refund if you send the order back at your expense (trust me, you still will not see your money) or they will offer you a discount code rather than replace the goods you did not order in the first place meaning spending more money with them, what a nerve! Also, the code they do send never works.

Stay away from this website, they are 100% crooks.

Ordered two items - one was completely incorrect when delivered: Haaland printed on an England shirt! Have chased the company so many times for a refund. I offered to post it back but said I wouldn’t pay the return postage. They have ignored every email I have sent. They are scammers as far as I’m concerned. I really would not recommend having anything to do with this company.

Places an order and got completely the wrong item. Offered a 20% credit on a new order with no means of refund for the item I did not want. Now they refuse to answer my emails so I am left with an item I don’t need and no means of getting a refund!
