This may be a scam site

I ordered and paid for a snack tray, got the receipts etc. , then days later I got an email saying I should pay for something left in my basket. Nothing there. With no sign of my item I replied and got an answer saying they were very busy and I'd have to wait for help. Then there followed a number of emails, from different names, asking for more information and/or too busy to answer. I've done a check on the company with Companies House, it's not there. Did a picture check, the item's on Chinese web sites. Be Warned!
Bought on 26th June, have provided information requested more than once, still nothing.

Dodgy Company

Do not order from this company. The items are supplied from China. My order was missing parts, and despite having a UK address on their website and claiming that returns are "hassle-free," items have to be returned to China at the buyer's expense, even if they are faulty. After going back and forth with them, I settled for a 70% partial refund because I just wanted to be done with them.

AWFUL !!!!!!

AWFUL !!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. MY DAD HAS STAGE 4 CANCER AND THEY HAVE SENT A LAMP WITH NO REMOTE WHICH TOOK OVER 2 WEEKS TO COME AND MISSED FATHERS DAY. THE QUALITY IS AWFUL !! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!! NO ONE WILL GIVE ME A REFUND OR SEND A REMOTE CONTROL

I want to clarify a couple of things: we shipped your replacement remote on July 2nd, the day after you contacted us, so it should be on its way to you now (it may arrive next week, if not, please reach out if it hasn't arrived yet and we'll track it down immediately).

We'd also love to hear more about the quality concern you mentioned — this is the first we're hearing of it, and if something's not right with the lamp itself, we want to make that right too. Please reply to our last email or message us directly so we can sort this out fully.

Do not order anything from this…

Do not order anything from this company!!!! I ordered a led sand lamp in black. When my order arrived the box it was in was extensively damaged. It was also sent to me in green,with a 2 pin plug rather than a uk one and with instructions only in chinese. I asked for a full refund. The next 4 emails I received were all designed to sound like they were helping with offers of store credit or another item,but in reality they were just stalling. I was promised that i would receive immediate attention in resolving this but it never came. Although they state on their website that returns are at the Companies expense if they have sent either faulty or the wrong item, I was told I had to send it to China at my expense even though on the packaging it said if undelivered to be returned to a London address!! Their address and postcode on the website do not match so It seems like this is a con. I am currently trying to get the money back and have reported them to Trading standards.
Love the response from them. For a start they call me "dear" and have asked me to forward my order no. for their personal attention even though they don't give any name🙄

I'm sorry for what you've described here, this isn't close to the standard we hold ourselves to, and a wrong item, damaged packaging, an incorrect plug type, and an unclear refund process is a lot to get wrong on one order. I'd like to find your order directly and resolve this properly, rather than over email back-and-forth.
