Amazing service! We had a dead phone and they managed to retrieve pretty much everything and put it onto the new phone! Life saving when living and working on the road!

Impressive Service
Went to purchase a case for my new phone, on seeing my screen saver not installed properly and had some dust underneath, the young lady promptly offered to sort this for me. Most impressed with service at this store, thank you.

The great service from all staff at kiphone shows with how busy they are. Didn't mind waiting for the best though. Really good price on fixing my phone. Bought a refurbished phone a few months ago too. Also a good price and they are super honest and helpful. Cheers guys

The Best!
I have been using KiPhone since it started many years ago and he has always provided a professional service. He has fixed many of my devices and they were done speedily. In all those years I have never had an issue with the quality of the repair of any of those devices.
KiPhone offers a great service! They are willing to give advice, are friendly and always treat people with respect. I do not go to anyone else. Your new shop looks great and offers another valuable service to the people of the Pilbara.

The staff went above and beyond, great service.
The staff went above and beyond helping. They were able to fix an ipad with water damage without causing any issues with the screen,, they were so very careful. Also an iphone screen was replaced, it did have an issue which was fixed quickly even though staff were very busy setting up the new shop. I was treated with respect and consideration for my time. Highly recommend all staff.

Great service, price to replace screen on Samsung S21 Ultra 5G - $550 took my breath away, but still $50 cheaper than old mate in front of Kmart.

Super Service
Absolutely stoked with my repairs to device, once again.
Not only were the repairs completed quickly, Ki and his team were very thorough, all at a very fair price.
I also really enjoyed the banter👌🏼😆
I will always use Kiphone for all my electronic repairs.
