So happy to be able to have my iPad Air repaired and screen replaced in Karratha. After exploring available options I went to Kiphone in the Centre where I was greeted by an extremely professional and knowledgeable young man who assessed the damage and provided a detailed explanation of the costs and timeframe to fix. Kiphone had the parts in stock and I was able to collect my in less than 24-hours with a 12-months guarantee on the repairs.

Received follow-up contact to see if I was happy with the work and an invitation to return if I had any problems with the repairs. To date no issues and very happy to have a fully functioning iPad.

My iPad screen smashed so I took it to KiPhone be replaced and get a new screen protector. The team were very helpful and explained things well so I understood what was happening. They assisted with any issues immediately which I really appreciated. I was able to pick up my device same day and was happy with the price. I definitely recommend and would use again.
