Super easy process
Super easy process, it took me less than 2 minutes to get all my stuff insured. On top of that, their customer service is really helpful and friendly. I’d definitely recommend it!

Easy insurance - but I haven't made a claim yet
I haven't made a claim with them - so this isn't a full review. But Kinsu were so easy to sign up with. I have had a few questions about my cover (neighbours put scaffolding up next door and I wanted to know if this'd change our cover) and it was so easy to get in touch with them and ask if this affected us. I love the transparent Ts&Cs too.

Great app! Awesome customer support even before signing up.
Finally an insurance company that treats you like a normal human being!
