Purchased the baby carrier in June 2026. Delivery took 17 days. First time I tried to use it, I got nowhere. Too complicated and not very good quality. Contacted company for their 30 day return policy. Postage was to be paid by me and it was to be returned to China or Australia. Postage would almost be as much as the carrier cost. They offered 20% refund without sending it back. I tried to get help from company as to why I could not get it to work. They wanted photos and videos showing how I was trying to use it. Told me the pictures of people on their website using the carrier, were different size than me so that is why mine did not look like the same. In total my correspondence went on for 1 month. They insisted there was no fault with the item. I had had enough now, so settled on the 20% which was £6.20. Do not go near this company. Would not recommend.
UPDATE - the company asked me to get in touch with them to discuss, which I did. Surprise, surprise, they have not replied. As I said, please do not do business with this company

Very bad quality sent directly from China
I received the baby sling/ease carrier and it is very bad quality. The shipment also took forever. However, there were quick and heartfelt replies from the customer service that gave a refund.
