This was my first time renting in the UK and it was easy to do that with Kingsdene. Faye Hamilton was very nice and she responded quickly if I had any problems. I hope the process will go smoothly over my tenancy as well.

Fantastic when it came down to moving out- good communication, smooth return of deposit, timely inspection and instructions on how they want to get the keys back. Very positive! Whilst I was living in the property it took a bit of nudging to get a radiator fixed but once they’ve sent a man to repair it, it was all done in one day. So overall, not a bad experience.
