Popped in yesterday and had a pedicure. Mary was such a lovely lady and did an excellent job. Toes look great. Even get a coffee. Would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Delay due to not in stock and not notified until after payment
I put in an order which I only found out was not in stock until after I had paid for it.
However the company responded to my emails and reassured me the order would be with me in 7 to 10days. I was sceptical, particularly after then reading these reviews. I phoned after a week to be told the delivery had arrived and indeed it was sent out to me promptly, and I received it by the 10days. However I would have preferred knowing they didn't have my order in stock in the first place as it is a birthday present and would have missed the date had I not been organised in advance.
What a lovely company
What a lovely company! I decided, last minute, to buy a triffle bowl for a friend's birthday. Having left it to the last minute, I phoned up to check stock and whether I would be in time to get it despatched that day. A lovely lady answered the phone and immediately dashed out to the stock room to be sure it was there for me and said she would make a point of getting it packed straight away. It's so rare to be able to speak to a company these days and this lady was determined to everything to get my order to me. As promised it arrived today!

I ordered before the mad Christmas rush and received the order when it became in stock. There was an item missing which after reporting has been resent.

I placed an order on 14/12/2023 and never received my order. I contacted them by email numerous times but got no reply so I reported them to PayPal and managed to get a refund. Would NOT recommend this company.

Ordered wine glasses for a christmas gift . I was then told they were not in stock and would be here in ten days .but here we are 24 days latter no glasses and no refund wich i emailed and aaked for , but have had no reply from the company as i had to go and buy the same glasses somewhere else . If not in stock why not say at the stage of buying to give people the option to buy elswhere . I am now out the money of paying for thw same

Disappointing service
I ordered two Wedgwood dinner services in November. After I placed the order I was told that company had to order from Wedgwood and that this could take 7-10 working days. That was acceptable, but I think that information should be clear before placing an order. More than 10 working days passed so I contacted the company. It took a while to receive a reply. The order arrived more than three weeks after it was placed.
I was disappointed with the lack of communication and the need to chase up.

A fantastic company that offers a very responsive customer service. My order was delivered damaged and the replacement arrived the day after I called without any questions asked.

No apologies, discount or refund offered. Understandable that its a busy period but don't accept orders if you cant guarantee delivery on time. Update your website if products are unavailable. Would definitely not recommend.
Where is my crepe pan???
Wish I checked the reviews before placing my order……. Placed my order of 3 items on Dec 1, was told the next day that 2 of them would only be available late Dec while 1 of them would be available in 7 days. I asked them to dispatch as soon as possible as they were for X’mas but no reply. A parcel finally arrived on Dec 27, missing 1 item. I tried emailing and calling multiple times but have not had any luck so far. Kings & Queens, if you are reading this, please get in touch.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered goods on the 5th. Dec to be told that they were out of stock, restocking 7-10 days. Then told that goods will be delivered by DPD on 28th Dec. But nothing has come. Tracking number from DPD shows delivered but I have not had the goods.DPD advised to contact K&Q to say parcel lost. Tried ringing & emails but no response to either of them. Will I have to resort to 'heavies' on their doorstep? Will go see LLoyds bank on Monday to see what options I have!
Is this company a scam?
I have had such a poor experience with this company! Ordered an item on the 6th Dec and received an email to say it was out of stock but would be delivered in time for Christmas! It’s now 28th Dec and no delivery and 5 emails later and numerous phone calls to the company! I have not heard a peep! Is this company a scam? I am so furious! Not sure what to do next! Would most definitely not recommend using this company!
Item never arrived!
I ordered a candle and diffuser gift set. I received no email confirmation and the item never arrived. I emailed numerous times and received no response. Very poor customer service, will definitely not be ordering from this website again!
Very delayed order and ignoring emails
I’m having a bad experience as the company is not responding to my emails even though my order has not arrived a month after I placed it. Shortly after placing the order for Royal Doulton cups and saucers I got an email saying they were out of stock and would be delayed. I’ve emailed a few further times over the last 3 weeks requesting an update (they were going to be my mum’s Christmas present) but have not even had a response from them. Very disappointing and not sure what my next steps will need to be if the order never arrives
