Buyer Beware!!

I was not warned before placing the order that the items would be sent from Italy and a Customs Charge would be levied.
I have had to pay £54.95.
I was informed by Parcel Force that I could refuse the parcel which would then be sent back.
Atellani told me they would not make a refund of £231.00 which I paid.
‘Buyer Beware’ the costumer protection we have in U K does not apply when dealing with foreign companies.
I successfully returned an item to Stella Mc Cartney, Italy.
All credit to them. A reputable company.

I am sorry you are upset, I did speak to you in an email about the duty taxes and let you know we are not sure what sometimes makes them get placed and we have no control over when duties are placed or not. I also let you know we will refund the purchase, I just have to have my team receive it back and let me know. I really am sorry that you are upset but you will get your money back. Amazing

First off, the product is great. I've bought 1 for myself and 7 as gifts. Every single person I've gifted these to has been enthralled. Customer service,? I'd forgotten what that was until they emailed back, responded to my questions and helped me package 4 different colors so all the kids could get their favorite. No bullsh*t, probably the most helpful staff, best company I've dealt with online. And I've been doing this a lot of years.

absolutely excellent

absolutely excellent. purchased my own a few years ago, gave another as a gift, recipient was truly impressed with this unique and mesmerising piece of art.
latest purchase also to be a gift which will undoubtedly be similarly well received
the peeps at kinetrika (tony) incredibly helpful and quick in accomodating my custom order, the transaction was fast and easy, super communication.
excellent item, great seller. highly recommended

The new motorized base is wonderful

The new motorized base is wonderful. It has made the wave a classy mesmerizing, relaxing, and calming sculpture.

Square Wave for 5 year old!

Bought the square wave for my son’s room. I told him he could use it to help relax before going to sleep. He’s extremely sensory seeking and it has worked like a charm! The wave keeps him entertained and then he goes to sleep peacefully without coming out the room 20 times. He loves it and plays with it often. Totally worth it. Thank you Kinetrika!

Absolutely shocking costumer service

Absolutely shocking costumer service. Paid nearly £300 for a gift for my partner to then receive a bill from fedEx for £50 shopping fees. I was not aware of this before hand or i wouldn’t of placed the order. Legally you must be noticed of shipping fees upon checkout which I was not. Contacted the company to be told the small print states you may or may not be charged shipping, with no mention of the extreme amount in which it is. Absolutely appalling.

Dear Bonnie, We are very sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience. We are very well known for our excellent customer service. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we do care about your experience. On our shipping policy page we state clearly (in large letter format) that we can not be responsible for the customs taxes and duties added by your local government. What is confusing to us is that you state you were asked by FEDEX to pay the fee, which if you received free shipping should not be the case. From your order amount you should have received free shipping as that is an offer we make. Why would Fedex ask you for money if we pay the shipping fees? Many customers in the UK now after Brexit are being taxed at random and from what we can see on amounts over £135 pounds. Please if you can write to us with more details at support@kinetrika.com and ask for Amy (me) we can get this looked into and sorted.

Couldn’t be more pleased

Couldn’t be more pleased. The SquareWave is beautiful and elegantly presented. Delivery and customer service were spot on and I will certainly be recommending the SquareWave to others.

What a beautiful concept.
A very suitable present for all those people who have "everything already".

Wonderful art piece

Wonderful art piece made by one of my favorite artists: Ivan Black. Shipping was fast and it came from Italy, where they are made. I am experiencing endless hours of joy and calmness just by interacting with it.

I like these art pieces, But.

I like these art pieces, but the shipping service is rubbish. I paid double the price of the piece to be shipped to South Africa, but the customs paperwork was incorrect and I received more import charges from FEDEX to have the piece released for delivery.
No mention of more charges when they charge a shipping fee.
I forwarded the customs notes to them and they responded as if it wasn't their problem.

Hi Dylan, I am glad you like Square Wave and that we were finally able to deliver a parcel. I am really sorry that you were not pleased with our Fedex shipping service and had to pay duties, but we can not control what other governments establish as payable duties. Here is what our website states:
Please note that we take no responsibility over import taxes. Import taxes may vary from country to country, check your country's regulations before placing an order.
To be fair, on the original order you input an incorrect zip code and we shipped you a new order free of charge. When you wrote to us saying that with this order Fedex was asking for documents in order for it to be released, I noted that they were simply requesting your personal information, and in order to expedite the release of your product due to the ample time difference, I suggested calling your local Fedex office as the fastest solution to getting your products released. I am sorry you felt that was deflecting my responsibility but it was not intended that way. Also, unbeknownst to me at that time my colleague had already monitored the second shipment and provided the documents that Fedex needed from us. When I suggested you call them, I was honestly only trying to resolve things as quickly as possible, so you could finally have your parcel delivered on time. It is not uncommon for countries to occasionally request documents or need more information in order to release a shipment, but I made my suggestion to call Fedex out of my experience and out of an honest solution to get your parcel released quickly. I hope you understand.

What a beautiful thing this is

What a beautiful thing this is! I originally ordered it for a birthday and after several weeks with no delivery, reached out to customer service for help. Tony was GREAT- quick to reply and applologize and made it right, fast! The sculpture made it in time for the birthday and is now beautifully displayed in my friends house.
